First time at Sonic. Ordered the small chocolate milkshake and jr double cheeseburger. Cheeseburger was hot and milkshake was sweet. Took about 5 minutes before my order was out. The only bad thing was there’s no dining room or wifi so it felt uncomfortable although I was in the shade.

Stopped here to pick up dinner for the family and was pleasantly surprised! The establishment was clean and well run. My order came out quickly and it was correct!! My carhop(Logan) brought my order out with a smile and a great attitude! Great customer service, food and atmosphere!

Well i ordered 2 meals the other day and it was pretty simple instructions unsweetened tea with lemonade with light ice one sprite and one fry and one large tot.. got my food from (Logan) who clearly didn’t read nor care to read the order. Never got my tots got the most burnt greesy fried I’ve ever had . Truly inedible that I asked hey could you give me light ice they said yeah I got you I’ll fix that clearly Logan was mad that I even had a problem but I wanted to be nice so I gave him a 5 dollar tip thinking I’ll get it all squared away….. No they brought me a hot sweet (yes it was sweet and hot) sweet tea after I left I took a big gulp of hot possibly spit in tea from Logan who had no interest or intentions to make my order right…. Saddest experience at a sonic I’ve ever had and Logan was very rude about even having to walk the food to me. No integrity no interest just rude and sad. Worst location.

Food: I was excited to see an Instagram ad for a new menu item. I came to the store to get the hog crankin’, but they told me they did not offer that even though I literally just saw an ad. This was very disappointing. If you want the hog cranking, do not come to the Sonic.

Atmosphere: place looked disgusting. I went into the bathroom and there was a piss all over the place, including the toilet seat the dispensers the toilet paper the handlebars and the sink. there is also poop smeared on the walls. Gross.

Happy to hear they are open 24 hours! Customer service was excellent, the manager was really nice. The food was just thrown together. Toast on breakfast toaster wasn’t toasted and cheese was ice cold.

My family decided to mobile order at this Sonic and once we got home I realized my hotdogs was basically dried out. I couldn’t even eat it. We usually do not have any problems with this location but this certain visit was definitely a one star.

I ordered a Cheese Burger with Mayonnaise and Tomato, But got a PLAIN HAMBURGER no cheese no tomato! This is not the first time this has happened. I let go the first two times but now it’s getting to be a habit! If they can’t get the order right I suggest you get more people for lunch time orders. First of all, I go to this sonic all the time and there usually always slow but today they were just terrible. I always do a mobile order and I was waiting for 20+ minutes to get ONE DRINK I DIDN’T EVEN GET FOOD. They got my order wrong 3 times… 3 times just for one drink. When I finally got my drink it was of course not the drink I had ordered. Anyways I just left unhappy with my gross (not even mine) drink that I wasted over 20 minutes for.

Went there last night for the first time in forever due to past bad experiences and all I can say is that we were BLOWN AWAY by how much it has changed. Unsure if there is new management/workers or we just caught them on a good night but service was amazing-got our food quick and EVERYTHING was correct, even the amount of sauces we requested!! PLEASE keep doing whatever it is you are doing because my kids have missed going to Sonic so much since I had refused to go there for so long. Seriously…THANK YOU!!
