The girl running the window was nice and the manager was nice. But two people can’t run a fast food restaurant. There was only two cars ahead of me and I was in the Drive-Thru for 21 minutes and nobody was dining in at the time.
At $9.50 an hour no wonder they can’t keep good help. Shame on corporate America for underpaying people to do a job

The roof leaks when it rains or snow melts, the heater doesn’t work in the winter…the owner needs to fix these things. No heat for the workers in the winter is unethical…to say the least.. because of the no heat issue, all the plumbing and soda machines froze up as well. They couldn’t even use the bathroom in here.the workers are great regardless. Very friendly.

Wendy’s and Braums is up at the next exit, Carls Jrs is the next two exits. Local here, just trust.
Ordered online at home drove 10 mins to get there and only half my meal is given(just burgers), so we get told to hold on while they go grab the rest of our food, 30 mins for fries while watching 5 other cars order at the line and receive their food drive away. Finally 45 mins after waiting we received the regular fries and chicken fries. Only to get home and the burgers be something we didn’t even order, so I call up to speak to the manager Dakota and he proceeded to say the reason we had to wait was cause he didn’t want to serve us old fries and that he had other orders so that’s why it was 45 mins. So the five cars after us apparently was ok to give old food… Soda was completely flat, sprite was just carbonated water no flavor, burgers completely wrong, wait was over 45 mins for online ordering. Manager Dakota apparently schedules new people to work alone, took Dakota 15 mins into our 45 minute wait that he finally showed up to the restaurant to actually help.

I had the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. My husband had the double sausage croissant. The filling did not even cover my croissant. The sausage croissant was greasy and not tasty. The tator tots had been redipped into the fryer and were full of old tasting grease.
The associates at the drive through were not pleasant. They didn’t seem to want to be at work.
We will not stop here again.

Honestly, I wouldn’t waste your time with this place! I visited this restaurant through the drive-.thru on September 1, 2025 at approximately 6:50 am to order breakfast. A single order with nothing extravagant. I was told to pull ahead as they prepared the food. The same happened with the couple behind me. Other than two gentleman inside the restaurant, business was slow. After waiting almost 15 minutes for my food, I went inside and requested a refund, which the manager was more than willing to accommodate. To her credit, it felt like she understands good customer service but unfortunately her employees do not!
Traveled to another restaurant just down the road and placed a similar order which I had in my hands in less than 3 minutes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Burger King to prevent the frustration I experienced. There are much better options in this area!

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would the older woman that was there asked if we wanted our receipt and we had said yes she just rolled her eyes and seemed bothered by it just to give it to us.. then on our burgers they gave us old lettuce on it disgusting.. we didn’t even bother to go back and complain just to not see her face. They didn’t even have a long line or nothing we were the only car in the drive thru. Just literally a disgusting place..
