This place is yummy once in a while, but the one at this location is nasty needs to be cleaned up. The boss lady refuses to allow you to use the review coupon thingys so I just saved them for a better White Castle in Batavia. Meh.

The place was horrible. The bathrooms were actually gross, they need immediate attention and the employees shouted to my child. The food was disgusting and made me and my whole family sick! the food made us very gassy and the burger was thin as paper. The onions weren’t even on the supposedly “burger” they were UNDERNEATH the bottom bun. The buns were very soggy and the “meat” had holes in all of them like Swiss cheese!!!! one picke came on each burger but they weren’t even whole, they had holes in the middles also. The place was filled with dirty people and when I went to fill up my water bottle, the employee began to shout!! They were all out of paper towels and lids, the employees saw but did nothing! Also a small parking lot. LOW QUALITY FOOD CHEAP GROSS BAD ATMOSPHERE -1000000/10 zero stars. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN DON’T RECOMMEND! ( the only reason we gave it one is because it won’t let me post zero)

White Castle is delicious but when the sliders ate actually hot i got half cheese half no cheese of a 30 slider box and only 15 of them were hot the rest were very cold and not appetizing i called the place but got no answer. Overall is delicious food but I expect a little more effort

Been here twice in the last few weeks and each time took forever to get food even with just a couple of cars in front of me in the drive through. Coffee is super strong and they got my order wrong both times. They are super friendly though. Service, although slow, with a smile.

Drive-thru so not much atmosphere. Got the singles instead of the doubles and remembered why I love double cheeseburger sliders! Service was great. The guy at the window was very polite and friendly!

We placed a fairly large order at drive-thru. Not only was it 100 percent correct, it was also HOT. It didn’t take long at all for the order to be prepared. VERY IMPRESSIVE.

ordered online. arrived 2 or 4 minutes past the time scheduled for pickup. got to counter no one waited on me for almost 15 minutes. then waited 15 more minutes for them to make my food. so 30 minutes inside store even when I ordered online. workers were arguing and disorganized. they had set orders to the side because they didn’t know who’s they were for. fries were not cooked at all.

I always have to be careful eating there, because once I do , I find myself eating there like 3 days in a row I love that white castles and the people that work there. The employees are nice, fast and the food is always fresh
The drive though lane is kind of a tight squeeze with bigger trucks . So now I just park and go in to avoid rubbing my tires against the curb. Other than that, I love that place.

The food and service is dependent upon which manager is on duty. I have received excellent food at times; and I have received food that was deplorable. As far as the wait time: it is awful, but I’m glad to have received (on several occasions), really good food. White Castle is a tad better than most fast food restaurants; as they do prepare your food (sometimes) to order.
