This spot is definitely a hit or miss regarding the food quality. So far, the only item I plan to keep ordering is their whoppers with cheese. The nuggets are stale and lifeless, lacking any freshness. Their chicken sandwich is decent as long as you skip the mayonnaise. There’s something about BK’s mayo that ruins the entire meal. The fries aren’t worth mentioning either. Again the only thing worth eating are the whoppers.

After a hard day of work, I wanted to take a quick lunch break. I came to Burger King here in Midway and requested for a double cheeseburger, plain just meat, cheese, medium, fry, medium strawberry lemonade with the new cinnamon rolls I pulled up the lady on the intercom sounded, rushed and agitated. I remained calm and picked up my mail at the reviewing the contents of the bag. The cheeseburger had ketchup, mustard, and pickles, which I requested the sandwich to be plain. I came back and explained to them that the sandwich was made wrong. The manager answered over the intercom and told me to come to the last window, which I did they remade the order and it seems that they were just being funny and petty because they made a sandwich just with one patty with cheese. When it’s supposed to be a double cheeseburger. I will never come back here again.

After waiting 30 minutes in the drive through. I ordered the whopper jr combo with onion rings instead of fries. I received 2 onion rings on my burger and French fries.

I stopped here while traveling and I thought that I have not been to a Burger King in a couple of years.
I ordered extra pickles on my burgers and when I started to eat my burger – there were no extra pickles.
Then I checked my bill and found out that I was charged for the extra pickles that I didn’t receive. I did say something and they gave me extra.
When I went to fill up my drink there was no ice in the drink dispenser and I requested the ice. What I got was next to nothing.
Let’s just say that I was reminded as to why it’s been years since I ate at a Burger King.

On June 22nd, the Elbert County Comprehensive High School Beta Club was headed to their National Beta Convention in Orlando, FL, when their bus broke down right on the exit where this restaurant is located. It was a very hot day, so the students came inside this Burger King to stay cool. Good Samaritans stopped to help, but, unfortunately, the bus could not be fixed. While waiting for another bus, we waited in the Burger King facility for almost 7 hours. We can’t thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality during this unfortunate event. The staff and service given were excellent!

I’m not one to write nasty reviews, but I think this place is deserving. went to this Burger King around 9:30 PM and it was genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The girl taking our order was a bit rude, but the experience only got worse.
The guy working at the window was probably one of the rudest people I’ve encountered, we simply ordered 4 larges and he seemed baffled after handing us 2 drinks when we clearly ordered 4. Not one smile, not a sorry, just so rude and kept giving us the rudest looks.
Two other women who we assume to be the managers then (rudely) told us they would have to charge us extra for their mistake in making the large meals a small unlike we ordered, and they told us this AFTER charging the card.
In the manager’s words: “You guys are lucky I’m not charging you extra for this.” For YOUR mistake??
So. Long story short, we were charged almost $50 for incorrect food and missing items when they messed up the whole order.
To top it all off, we were given no receipt
Just shut the place down or hire new management because holy.

This place is nasty! There were french toast sticks and hash browns on the floor. The ice machine was empty. I had to wait on hot hash browns to complete my order. As I was leaving, I noticed the parking lot looked like it hasn’t been cleaned up in days. I will not be going back, there is a McDonald’s right across the street!!!

Walked in and thought we’d accidentally entered after closing—every table was dirty, floors looked grimy, and there was no one at the counter or in the kitchen. We stood there long enough to wonder if this was some kind of self-service escape room.
Eventually the “manager” appeared, deeply committed to her phone and completely unaware customers existed. We had to ask if she actually worked there. Instead of helping, she summoned the only other employee (apparently it was just the two of them).
The food came out lightning fast, which strongly suggests it had already completed a long and meaningful journey under the heat lamp.
If the owner reads this: being short-staffed isn’t an excuse for a dirty restaurant and ignoring customers. We won’t be back.

The employees that I encountered were extremely rude and threatening. I received the incorrect amount back as change and when I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she said “Don’t you know pennies are not made anymore? Everyone knows that.” When I told her that I would give her the exact change, she told me that the order was already cashed out and it was too late. The manager then said “You’re back in here again today with the same thing, don’t comeback in here again.” It was odd because this was my first time at this Burger King. I then heard from behind the counter “You better stop talking and get out of here while you can.” Another employee finally stepped in to give me my money back. I was particularly impressed with Ms. Brown’s patience and professionalism while assisting my children with their food order. Her excellent service significantly contributed to a positive visit.
