Definitely the best croissant in Las Vegas!
I only tried their classic croissant, it was perfectly flaky, buttery, and so fragrant. You can even ask them to warm it up for you, and it tastes absolutely heavenly right away!

The bakery has such a charming and elegant vibe, everything feels well-made and authentic. A must-visit spot if you love pastries or just want a little French moment in Vegas.

Bouchon Bakery inside The Venetian is a true gem, especially for guests staying in the North Towel since it’s conveniently located right outside. During my stay, I found myself returning daily for the same order: an iced caramel latte and a caramel macaron.

The iced caramel latte stands out compared to what you’d typically find at most coffee shops. It had a bolder, more robust espresso base with a smooth caramel finish, rich, slightly toasty, and not overly sweet. Paired with their dedicate caramel macaron, which is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft within, it makes for an indulgent yet balanced treat.

The consistency in both flavor and quality made this my go-to spot throughout my stay. A must-visit for anyone at The Venetian who appreciates thoughtfully crafted coffee and pastries with a French touch.

Okay so this isn’t going to be the most dazzling bakery in the palazzo. However, the lovely man at the counter was so gracious and kind taking my order for a large group. The staff were so efficient whittling down the long line in 5 to 10 min and the food was good! Coffee was better than the usual Starbucks equivalent and the prices are extremely fair. If you are looking for a very quick grab and go this is going to be a fantastic option. Remember to tip the staff as this stand is extremely popular and they are all working hard.

We were disappointed by the croissants. We went for an early breakfast on a weekend day. We had an almond croissant, a pain au chocolate and a regular croissant. While the regular croissant wasn’t bad, it wasn’t exceptional. However, the almond croissant and the pain au chocolate might have been leftovers from the previous day. They were very dry and crumbled very easily. Not what you would expect with Bouchon’s reputation and for the price we paid. The almond croissant filling was fortunately tasty.

This is a grab and go spot, no seating. The pastries were a miss. Hot coffee had a bitter and burnt taste, didn’t even finish it. The almond chocolate croissant and Kouign-amann were hard (see video for Kouign-amann, you could chip a tooth eating that). Only thing that was good was the macrons, we got the pistachio and passion fruit. Definitely a tourist trap, overpriced and poor quality.

Bouchon Bakery is perfectly located right outside the North Tower elevators at The Venetian, making it an ideal stop for a quick breakfast or coffee before heading out for the day.

We stopped in this morning and grabbed coffee and a macaron, and everything was excellent. The pistachio macaron was huge and absolutely delicious perfectly crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and full of rich pistachio flavor.

We ordered a peppermint latte and a mocha, and both coffees were smooth, rich, and well-balanced, not overly sweet or watered down.

Bonus points for the pricing:
* Coffees were around $8
* The macaron was $6

Honestly, that’s cheaper than Starbucks on the Strip, and the quality is noticeably better.

If you’re staying at The Venetian and want great coffee, excellent pastries, and a quick grab-and-go option without sacrificing quality, Bouchon Bakery is an easy win. We would absolutely stop here again.

Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures..

My boyfriend insisted we come here and it didn’t disappoint. Similar to Napa, the macarons are huge! Loved the delicious assortment of baked goods and the coffee (vanilla latte) was sweet and amazing!

Take out only- no where to sit. BUT, our favorite bakery in Las Vegas. The pastries are excellent. We had a breakfast sandwich, almond croissant, cream cheese danish and the chia seed fruit yogurt cup. I could eat here every morning and be perfectly happy.

Unfortunately, this place doesn’t even deserve a single star. Coming from NYC, I’ve never encountered such an overpriced coffee shop. It’s not just about the high prices; if you’re paying that much, you’d expect top quality—which was far from what we got. We ordered 2 chocolate almond croissants, both of which were clearly a day old. As a barista with years of experience, I can easily tell when a pastry is fresh and these were tough and stale. They weren’t even warmed up.

The wait was long for just a black coffee and two croissants and the prices were outrageous. The staff looked unhappy to be there and the napkin and sugar station was a mess, with no napkins available. Despite having four people working, everything felt chaotic. An egg, ham, and cheese croissant for $15? No thanks—I’d rather head back to NYC.

I tried the chocolate almond croissant and a hazelnut latte both were amazing! The coffee is rich and smooth. On our last day, we wanted to buy some coffee beans, but they close early around 4:30. I’ll definitely be back next time to grab some!
