Great as usual. This was one of the new renovated taco bells
Very nice and modern inside. Used the self service kiosk…it was easy and fast. Did check in so I could get points. Food was good. Would like to add one suggestion..give some good deals in the app. I go to McDonald’s and jack in the box more because the app saves me money with good deals.

DO NOT ORDER CINNAMON TWISTS FROM THIS LOCATION! I ordered 2 bags of cinnamon twists that had no cinnamon on them and were completely stale like they’ve been sitting out for days to the point of being absolutely disgusting. They’re literally inedible and uber eats is doing nothing to help me with this issue. I called the store to ask for help and the woman who answered barely spoke English but told me I needed to come to the restaurant in a couple of hours so they would be made fresh. I explained that I can’t drive to the location and don’t even want a replacement because this is not the first time I’ve had this issue, although it is by far the worst they have ever been. I’m literally sitting here crying hysterically because I spent $10 on food I cannot eat that has to be thrown away which in itself is wasteful and now no one will help me to make this right. The rest of my food was below the usually quality I’ve come to expect and I’m overall so disappointed that it has gone down to such a subpar level. I’m not in a place financially where I can afford to be buying food that has to go in the trash and even if I was this would still be unacceptable especially having been directly confirmed they are supposedly only potentially made properly during certain hours and must specifically be requested to have a fresh batch made which still doesn’t ensure the proper or even a reasonable amount of seasoning, things I wouldn’t be able to request when ordering through delivery anyway. As I previously mentioned this isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this location and at this point the cinnamon twists should either not be on the menu at all or at least given a properly technical name to describe what they are and that is pieces of cardboard. I’m sick to my stomach that this is something that can even happen let alone that there isn’t even any solution for me having basically thrown money in the trash.

Went here to pick up a delivery order. Went inside the store because I had to use the restroom. There was a customer ahead of me at the counter. Also waiting for someone to help us. After about a minute, we yelled for somebody’s attention to come and help. The employee helped the customer next to me and then walked away and never came back to help me. I waited about two minutes for help and nobody came. I walked outside and walked to the window and waited there for about a minute while they helped the customer in front of me. When it was my turn, I did provide them the name of my order and before I could ask them the code to the bathroom, they left the window and didn’t look back. I tried waving to get somebody’s attention, but nobody turned to look at me. After they finally came back and gave me the order. I was finally able to get the code to use the bathroom. I completely understand that restaurants get busy but when they hear a door opening to their restaurant, they should check to see if somebody’s at the counter that needs help.

I stopped by at about 2:35am for some late night food. The store and drive-thru look brand-new! I tried the new chicken nuggets and nacho fries combo, and it was amazing! These are by far the best tasting and quality chicken nuggets on the fast food market, especially since most competitors serve them cold and stale! These nuggets are freshly fried and taste just as good or better than the fried chicken tenders at local dine-in establishments like bars and restaurants. The meat is juicy and super premium chicken, not processed with fillers. The fire ranch sauce was good, but they only let you get 1 of the 3 sauce types. The nacho fries are tasty and freshly fried but they were kind of soggy, which actually seemed to enhance the flavor surprisingly. The 5-pc combo comes with a large drink for $7.55 including tax, making it the most affordable combo they offer!

They keep forgetting the SAUCE!!! I was so tired and they were so busy clown around and I wanted 4x mild sauce and 2x hot sauce. I ordered around 5am was exhausted. Please follow the instructions! Also they couldn’t even fill my drink. Had to do it myself. And this happened around 5:16am, November 8th. So disappointed
Update ordered from Uber eats had hair on my
burrito. Another dissatisfied meal. Called an complaint to them. 11/12/25. 4:25am.

I went through drive thru. I ordered 7 dollar box she asked me what drink I wanted. I said coke . After I got to my place I took a drink and it was a diet Pepsi. When I slowly stated coke. How do you get diet Pepsi from coke. Answer is they don’t listen or understand. Communication sucks anywhere you go. Especially drive thru. She kept saying on the intercom one word and it didn’t make sense . Language barrier is a problem folks .

I’m not asking for much because it is Taco Bell. But the fact they can never get my orders right is so annoying. I have never ordered more than four items. 4!!! Every time no fail I’m either missing items or they give me the wrong order. How hard is it to count 4 items in the bag? If you are only counting 3 items and customer paid for 4 items something isn’t right!? I don’t get it. If I am DD I am always at this location for 20+ minutes. Staff completely ignore me and other DD I now decline DD for this location.

Food and service are perfect however this was one of the last old school Taco Bell buildings the real old one that to me was a landmark historical building etc, the fact they tore it down for this is very sad to me. But service and food are perfect just rating on the idea of taking one of the last old school Taco Bell buildings down for this cube box building.

Never seen a Taco Bell with more workers and less work getting done like it takes all six of the people back there to make one burrito this is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever ever experienced in its absurd because they just built it it’s gorgeous but the way they built the kitchen so that no one is paying any attention to the front of house at all no one notices you’re here the only thing anybody cares about is the freaking drive through is so dumb

My grandfather took us to the original location when we were kids in the 80’s. You traded history and LEGACY for neon trash. The girl that took my payment was understanding and sympathetic over my disappointment.

Your need to “upgrade” isn’t the actual reason for the 1 although it should be. The new location with the fancy this and that where I verified the order still made my order wrong. They forgot the green sauce. And it ruins the meal everytime- it’s been 8 months since I had Taco Bell at another location…this was my first time back in Scottsdale since it opened. I live more than 30 minutes away and drive Lyft so this is the last visit to this location. The disappointment of the location matched the disappointment of the food.

Your crew is very hospitable though, super friendly.
