Service was quick and the order was correct. The person taking our order was kind and offered suggests to save money. The food was not the best in have had from Arby’s, it tasted old.

Worst service ever, passed my food out the window to the wrong car then allowed the food to come back through the window after the other car already opened the bag. Waited a half hour for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 830. Then when I finally get home all the food was either made wrong or incorrect.

One of the best Arby’s. Must have good management/ownership because employees work well & are polite. Orders are rarely wrong. Orders of poppers, roast beef & shakes… Yum.

Usually I don’t have any complaints with this place but recently I’ve been really disappointed. I went there the last two days and both times my order was completely messed up and unfortunately I didn’t have the time either day to get it fixed. Both times I order a brisket sandwich and I keep getting pulled pork and my husband’s sandwich keeps getting made wrong I’ll ask for no tomatos and I just keep getting meat and bread. I don’t know what’s going on but I’ve been very disappointed with Westover Arby’s recently which is sad because this is my favorite place to go. I wouldn’t mind the wait if I actually got what I ordered.

Had the fish sandwich and it was FANTASTIC in April.. . they only carry it during Lent but wish they had it year round.. please consider having this sandwich on your menu all year..

Place was okay, I got the Mac n Cheese Bites and a chicken wrap. Cheese wasn’t melted on the wrap, chicken was barely warm. Mac n Cheese bites were burned. It seemed as if they cooked my food 1st and then cooked my boyfriends. But I feel like you should cook the easiest and fastest thing last ♀️

Upset would not begin to describe what I am feeling. On 11/28/24 I ordered from here because despite it being Thanksgiving the app said Arby’s was open. It let me place the order, gave me a pick up time and took the money out of my account. This was a large order and wasn’t cheap. I showed up 10 mins later to the store to pick up my order and it’s freaking closed. Now I can’t get answers to how I’m going to get my $72.00 back and I’m pretty livid. I get it was a holiday but if they weren’t open it shouldn’t have let me place a freaking order and it shouldn’t be this hard to get money back for something I didn’t receive.
