I’m a little confused on what to say here. I generally really like this store, and we were trying to get our order done over the phone. We understood it might be a bit, but that’s the gig. The one barista gal came to the window and complained. We didn’t give them enough time, at least five minutes, to get our food orders in. Starbucks this took place at 1:32 PM on November 17.

Everytime (over the past 8 month’s) I have ordered a drink with less ice, asking for 5-6 ice cubes. I get all ice in my drink and have to return it to be remade.

I didn’t leave a large tip for my black coffee, and I watched the barista take my receipt to fulfill my order and go serve at the drive through. After about five minutes of waiting a different barista came and helped me, commented that my receipt want there to show my order… Not greatly impressed with the level of customer service.

Takes waaayyyu to long for a regular brew coffee … Need some structure in the building… Someone a lil seasoned to run the place…. Then had people come in making order 10 minutes after me still get there order before mine

Literally just wanted to get a venti ice water and the girl tried charging me $7? I questioned it to make sure she didn’t miss hear me. She asked if I was ordering anything else and gave me a look of disgust when I said no. Just a girl on a road trip trying to get some water! No need to be so rude and make a customer feel so awkward.

We stopped by on a Saturday morning around 8am. It wasn’t super busy, although there was a bit of a line for the drive thru. The app told me 4-6 minute wait, but once I ordered, it was a 16-18 minute wait. The breakfast sandwich I ordered got toasted immediately, so it sat there waiting for my two drinks, one of which was ready after 6 minutes and the other of which took another 6 minutes, even though they were practically identical.
When my partner picked his drink up from the center console when we got back on the freeway, the top hadn’t been put on correctly & it popped off, sloshing hot coffee all over him. We fixed it.., and then the cup exploded, & hot coffee covered him and our car… not ideal.
Also, the breakfast sandwich was stone cold because it had been heated first without accounting for the rest of our order.

I ordered a grande mocha frappuchino with Almond milk and extra mocha drizzle in the drive thru. I received my drink and it was wrong. What they gave me had whip cream in the bottom of the cup and chocolate chips. It happens. We parked and I went inside to let them know and to get the correct drink. The girl who helped me was not pleasant. She seemed very irritated by the fact that I asked for the correct drink. Young girl with dark hair. Handed it to me with chocolate drizzle on the outside of the cup, which also happens sometimes, however have a little pride in your work and greet people with a smile. No apology for the mess up, no smile, no have a good day, nothing. Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of detail at this location.
