Had a great dining experience at this new location in Lewis Center. As always, I went for the orange chicken, which is my favorite. I also tried the Beijing beef and black pepper chicken which were very tasty as well. The staff was very attentive to the cleanliness of the store and making sure that the dining experience was enjoyable.

The WORST Panda “not so” Express in Central Ohio. 20 minutes late for a pre purchased meal and I was told another 5 minutes on my already late egg rolls. Refused to wait and went home with my food that had already been sitting for 10 minutes. Wouldn’t you know it, the food was less than fresh (think crappy microwaved Banquet meal status). I definitely wouldn’t visit this location again or recommend anyone who wants an even mildly pleasing experience.

It was panda express food, which, unlike many restaurant chains is standard wherever u go. The sauce is delicious, chicken is better quality than typical Chinese fair and the vegetables are terrible. Why can’t u just get broccoli ? Why do I want cabbage? Y is there no seasoning? Not sure y I keep trying. They won’t put sauce on your rice. Just a big clump of white rice and not enough sauce on the chicken to be any help. I got a tiny sweet and sour sauce packet that the poor dry rice absorbed liked a dying man in the desert and it didn’t even change the color. Still, I love the flavor of the chicken and I go every chance I get. had a coupon for a plate for the price of a bowl, so I had enough protein, I didn’t need the rice. Service was quick and friendly. I did a mobile order and was able to pick up in the drive thru.

Portions are ok, depending on who you have serving you, got the fried rice, teriyaki chicken and chicken with green beans. Fresh and tastes great.

Incredibly horrible! FOOD WAS SO DRY IT WAS UNEDIBLE! Manager was insanely rude, I don’t know her name but she was very unprofessional. She also said id have to drive the food 30 minutes back to get a refund !

Ordered the family meal online, and when I got home to eat the orange chicken was hard and the beef was hard as a rock. I had to throw away over a half box of beef since it was impossible to eat. The other location in Delaware and at Polaris is way better. Will not order from here anytime soon.
