Enjoyed our quick stop to eat lunch here. I love KFC anywhere in the world. Ordered the 3pcs chicken (crispy) includes drinks and mashed potato (Sooo good $8.29) and husband ordered Tenders Combo ($6.49) ended with ($15.98) bill. I like the interior and bench chairs are really good. Would recommend for a visit.

The drive thru menu is sideways so it’s a bit tough to read with the sun angle. The girl in the drive through was hard to understand with how she pronounced her words. Friendly though.
They do not have the Go cups at this location.

With me living right down the street and trying to avoid having to drive across town for Taco Bell or KFC…Your best bet is to do exactly that… drive across town to another Taco Bell or kfc. This resturant is absolutely lazy and half does everything. Whether it is the food being cold, the food being burnt or your order is just wrong. It never fails every time I come to this restaurant. And don’t get me started on the girl that is normally at the drive-through window half the time.

While traveling we stopped here at 7pm on a Sunday. There were only 3 employees in the entire restaurant. When we entered the restaurant there was only one other family in line. We waited for about 10 minutes to even get our order taken and then 30+ minutes for the food. The food was not made correctly. The restaurant is dirty, the bathroom is disgusting and in disrepair, and there was no soap available in the men’s restroom.
Additionally, there is a huge puddle the forms right in the area where the ramp entry is. The puddle is very hard to see when exiting and multiple people stepped in water totally soaking their feet. KFC should get this place cleaned up and staffed or shut it down. Based on other recent reviews, this is not an unusual experience.

Since I’ve been in Kentucky for the past two months for a job assignment, I heard very good things about the KFC in Kentucky, especially in E-town. However, my delivery order was just terrible; they did NOT have extra crispy flavor even though I ordered it about an hour earlier, the delivery was way later than expected, and the quality of chicken pieces were just terrible, just terrible. Some were either overcooked or must be from last night – I had to throw away 3-4 pieces for not being able to chew!!! Perhaps it was their off night and I was going to give it an another try, then I read their other reviews and decided “never again!!!”

Erica is a great employee!!! The drive thru employee messed up on my order(no big deal at all) I called the store to ask to correct my order and fix it! Erica went above and beyond! She was very polite and apologetic! She sincerely apologized for the mess up and fixed it immediately! (They were extremely busy and things happen, but Erica made sure that all her customers were given what they ordered plus some)! Tip for the guy with a beard working drive thru though!! SLOW DOWN TAKING ORDERS! Let the customer finish their order and don’t rush them to the window. Ppl will wait for their food! I’ve worked/ran fast food/restaurants for over 15 years! Ppl Will pay and wait for what they ordered! Also make sure you are inputting the order correctly! Ppl will appreciate you for double confirming their order over making small mistakes and they have to come back to get what they ordered!
