Went through while my wife was at Verizon. My daughter and I got through the line in now time. Coffee was great and whip cream with sprinkles for my daughter. The employees were very friendly and all were smiling! Only one car ahead of us and one of the employees still came out and took our order! We will definitely be back an highly recommend. Also they had stickers!!!

We just went through, 15 minutes till closing and ordered 4 drinks as we have a long drive ahead. The two people working had great attitudes and gave no animosity about it. The drinks were great! I would frequent dutch more where I live if they all were made like that!

Got my first cup free! The girls were so helpful, fun and nice. The music was blaring so I grooved in my car while waiting.

Rude doesn’t begin to describe this girl.
Took our order and stopped to talk to her friend. Had to ask her multiple times to just make our drinks. We were passing through the town and not impressed at all. It took over 30 minutes to make 3 drinks. Ridiculous!!
If you stop here and see her, just leave immediately. Our coffees were not hot as we asked; how could they be when she only showed up to work so she could gossip about tattoos with her friends who come through the other drive up window?!?
Spoke to corporate and even she was a jerk.
Do better, Dane is rolling in his grave. Corporate greed outweighs good customer service

The Dutch Bros location on 1st St in Coos Bay is a great location! The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Service is always super quick. I get a Double Chocolate Raspberry Mocha Carburetor style with oatmilk and they get it perfect every time. Since real cows milk makes me pretty sick, I very much appreciate the staff’s knowledge and willingness to accommodate changes to menu drinks.

Super friendly service. Ordered the Firecracker Rebel for 4th of July and it was delicious. Keep in mind that this location is right off the highway and the area around it is small so getting in and out, especially with the line, was a bit difficult and confusing
