My Wife and I just spent $65 on this Delivery food we ordered from Sonic. The food is not prepared right, My Wife Foot long Dog is: Burned and My food is fixed up side.down.and.looks.like.it.was.thrown together and COLD. The driver got the food Delivered to us ASAP and she.deservesnher tip but to pay this.much for food and get it like thus.is STRAIGHT UP RIDICULOUS!!!

Stopped for onion rings just before Burlington county line. Decided to have the chicken fried steak sandwich and a diet Dr. Pepper with it. Big Mistake! First attempt:Server brought the drink without food. Second attempt : Server brought steak sandwich with Curly fries. Third attempt : a different Server was sent out with the onion rings. All this aggravation cost $13.42 , and 27 minutes. It is a pity the service was not good, because the food was hot and delicious once my order was corrected. Here’s hoping my one dining experience was an isolated event.

My mom died and we had her celebration of life at this sonic. Not only was the food colder than her body. The customer service was terrible. The most flavorful thing was the tears on my burger.

Stopped here on my way home. Food quality was good, no complaints there.
But The service though? Trash. And I say that as someone who used to be a car hop
I know the basic rules, even if they’ve changed since I was in high school lol lol.
The carhop didn’t say hi, didn’t repeat my order, didn’t even try to engage. Didnt ask if I wanted ketchup
Just handed me my food with a sour face and walked off. No communication at all.
I even tipped her pretty good considering what I ordered, and still got zero interaction. I don’t know if this is a Gen Z thing or what, but it was super uncomfortable. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location

I ordered a cheeseburger & tots. The tots were good & crunchy. The cheeseburger was not edible. I tossed it out the window after the first bite. I’m pretty sure the meat was precooked, then microwaved prior to bringing it out to me. The bread was cold. It was brought to me within about 3 minutes of ordering it. The server was very polite. This will be my last time ever going to Sonic. The food has gone downhill so much over the years, it’s not edible. I don’t see how they stay in business.

alright look , i pulled up and ordered two #5 double meat bacon burger meals , went to the second window and paid for my meal and got handed my drinks and food , went home and sat down and unwrapped my meal and boy was i sad , my burger had 1 meat instead of 2 and also the fries were so so salty

I was driving home after a weekend trip to Houston with my newborn when he got fussy right as we were about to get onto Highway 6. Decided to pull over to feed him and get a bite to eat myself and decided on Sonic so that I could get some easy-to-eat food while I drove. Pulled into a parking spot and got my son out of his car seat to feed and sat in the front of my car while he ate. Had been sitting there for maybe fifteen minutes (anyone with a baby knows they take a while to eat) when one of the employees came out and told me I couldn’t park there. I guess they assumed I wasn’t going to order anything and wanted to make sure they had spots for “paying customers” (mind you there were maybe five cars in the whole parking lot). Rather than arguing I put my son back in his car seat (thankfully he had finished most of his bottle so I knew he’d fall back asleep once we got going) and left. Not going to try and argue with a corporate business if they don’t want my business. Unprofessional of management, who couldn’t even have bothered to come and tell me themselves that they didn’t want me there.

I just left Sonic i was in stall #7 waited 15 minutes with button pressed bottom of screen displayed button has been activated. The lady next to me made her order so I waited and nobody was there to place my order. This is the 3rd time. The last two times I was in the drive-through with no other person in drive through and still didn’t get to place my order. I’m totally done with this sonic in Hempstead. Never going back it’s a waste of my time.
