They don’t pick up the phone Ive literally called multiple times on different days and the phone just rings. I got tenders and two chili dogs the tenders were really dark and both the hot dogs were burnt to a crisp. How do you pull that out of the warmer and give that to someone. I mean you want 15+ and hour to give people burnt up food. My did wouldn’t even eat it

I just want to say RUDE service. If I order somethin then I add $.80 lettuce and $.90 tomato to a sandwich and realize it’s not worth it so I take it off why are you as a cashier saying Lordy and not to mention $1.20 extra for a lemonade ain a combo is ridiculous so yes I changed that post order. She still should’ve been patient and not so judge mental. Then mock god and say have a bless day with all attitude. Terrible service. I trust n jesus and my son needed to get home from baseball practice(indoor cages) so we left but the food wasn’t as good as it should’ve been fries hard and they took the Mayo off the burgers it’s sad government shutdown but still spend money on attitude and jus terrible people at these restaurants if it wasn’t late and my son didn’t have school I would’ve made something

Im giving one star because it seems that every time I get breakfast there is something missing that is on the receipt or the biscuits are wrong all together. Week before last they left out the large hash rounds. Today the biscuits are cold and not right. Paid for super sausage biscuit…got bacon..also paid for sausage egg and cheese biscuit..just sausage and egg. With biscuits are more than golden brown and dry. I understand that the store gets busy but things like this have happened far too often. Of course I’m the idiot for continuing to get my breakfast there.

Never really had an issue before but today I went to go inside the seating area and both doors to the inside were locked preventing entry. You could see customers and employees inside. This service was inappropriate and whomever is in charge of this store needs to be aware that their employees are preventing customers from entering site.

Update 6-7-2025. Visited again for the first time in years. The inside was dirty throughout and service was mediocre at best. I can’t recommend.
The drive through service was pretty quick, but that was the best part of the service. The fries were lukewarm and part of my order was missing. The cashier stated that I had to order a drink, which I figured was part of a combo deal. It turns out there was no combo as the drink was an additional $2.79. I’ve visited other times as well when the inside was open, but the quality of food and service has kept me away.

I went in for the “famous” star combo. It took 15 minutes for me to get my food and when i finally got it the bun and fries were soggy. When I asked for some fresh fries the manager got rude with me so I left. Couldn’t recommend this place

Was at Hardee’s this morning and ordered biscuits 2 for $5. Employee NICOLE did not give me two biscuits but still charged me $5.60. When I told her I’m supposed to have another biscuit she told me i would have to go in to get it. My foot is broken right now so i asked if she would bring it out… she said no so i went into Hardee’s wanting a FULL REFUND. They only gave me $5.25 and when i said I WAS OWED .30 cents they acted like i was wrong: will be calling corporate as well

Pull to the window about 4:12 with two cars in front of me. Received my food at 4:32. I ordered a five-piece tender combo. You shouldn’t call this fast food.
