Me and my wife went and we got the chicken Parmesan Philly cheesesteak cheese, garlic, knots it was really yummy and we loved the food. The service was a little slow, but that’s just because they were super busy and here in Mount Airy where there are not a lot of new restaurants it’s to be expected. I can’t wait to see what comes of this new restaurant. It was super good food and the atmosphere was fantastic. I love what they did to the place and very excited to see the future.

We came for a friend’s birthday and the food was amazing. It tasted just like the one in Fancy Gap. Great job. The service was good but not quite 5 star but I will definitely give it a 4 star. I will be back. Thank you for opening this amazing place in Mt Airy.

Staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we walked in.

Great food and great menue. Lots of choices. So glad you have come to Mt Airy. Pizzas are awesome and subs too. Never had a bad meal here. I think they had a few issues during start up which caused a low ratings but give them a try now. We eat here at least one night a week.

I’ll give them another try but they’ve got some serious kinks to work out. We ordered an appetizer and a pizza. Let me just say the Bruschetta is not typically what you’d expect. It did have good flavors (garlic-heavy) but I expected a nice crusty bread but it was served on a toasted sub roll. However, it came in a reasonable amount of time. But the pizza took an hour. An hour. We got there one of their house specials so it wasn’t like we had any special requests. I’m assuming the wait is because they don’t have an oven big enough oven to handle the volume or maybe after reading some of these reviews, it could be staff or management. I hope it improves. I haven’t wrote them off just yet. They do read these reviews and respond so give them a chance. It appears that someone cares and is trying to fix the problems. Best of luck.

We went on one of the nights after it snowed and the place was full like it has been since you opened. There was 2 of us we ordered 10 wings and a medium pizza. We got our drinks pretty quick and our sweet waitress took our order and answered all questions. People around us got their food and ate then left more people came in ordered got food even a party of 6 then left. They did that until no one original was with us in the room. We had to ask where our food was. The only reason they had was another waitress must have picked up the order. Ours wasn’t anything unusual so as a waitress once upon a time I could see that happening but waiting that long we shouldn’t have had to be the ones to ask about our food she should have noticed. Also when she went to ask it seem to still take forever to get it to us. When we did finally get the food it was so good! Probably the best wings and pizza in My Airy. People they are new and have been flooded with people and on the job is where if you know anything about restaurant working in a small town is where you get your training. Cut them some slack! How do you think you could do if put in that busy of a rushed and sometimes rude public environment! Be patient and don’t go in a hurry and just enjoy the person you are with and realize life is short we all are human and don’t sweat the small stuff. Keep going back for your pasta,pizza, sub or Stromboli and I’m sure one day everything about your visit will be just perfect but if not then maybe you can apply for a job and show them how it is done!
Would have give them a 5star but the bathroom was freezing that night. Don’t think there was heat in there & also the waitress really should have mentioned our food to us. Also there should have been a good discount for a 2 hr stay that night… lol

Stopped by and was pleasantly surprised by this place! I ordered a Stromboli and it was delicious! My waitress Kiersten was perfect and attentive! I have nothing bad to say about the Pitstop! I absolutely will be coming back!
