Lunch time. Ordered 2 piece all white meat. Order is not white meat. Go stand at counter and get ignored for a while. Finally when they have someone else’s order they ask what I want. Tell them I ordered all white meat. While I stand there thinking they left to fix my order a different person comes up and says it will be 10 minutes for white meat because they don’t have any. This is at 12 noon. What a joke.

Went to visit my hometown and decided to stop by me of my favorite fast food places. The chicken is still good and flavorful. The biscuit was my only complaint, it wasn’t cooked quite enough, still tasted super doughy. The fries were really good, hot and fresh. I ordered through the app and also got the cake, thinking it was small. It was a big cake. Chocolate chip cake, and very good. Fresh, moist cake. 10 out of 10, I recommend

This place is a joke. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender combo. The biscuit was about the size of a silver dollar, the chicken tenders were very small and cold. The meat was tough, hard to chew. The fries were cold. You know like it leaves a greasy coating all over the inside of your mouth.

I could give them less than 5 stars, but why? Most of the time the food is good. Sometimes it’s a little off. Last time the chicken was a little more crispy than I like it but it was still good. Ordered our food at a kiosk.Waited 40 minutes went to the counter. The gentleman said they never got the order which is funny because the people in front of us got their food and the people behind us. Then we waited another 15 minutes to get our food not impressed, definitely would fire that manager ask what they could do? To compensate us, they said nothing will never go to store G135187 again.

Stopped here to pick up a bucket of chicken and some sides for dinner. I don’t often rate fast food restaurants unless I have a very good experience or a very poor one. This experience was exceptional compared to other KFCs. I ordered an 8 piece meal with all white meat and two sides and didn’t have to wait long at all. Service was very friendly and fast and the food was excellent. Much more friendly and faster than Bojangles in the same town. We will definitely come back to this KFC.

Received this: a bun with 2 – 1 and half inch long tenders and a greasy, mushy clump of fries. Employee said that they ran out of the big breaded breast normally in the sandwich and appropriately substituted the 2 tiny tenders. No offer of a refund or different menu option. Only giving 1 star because the diet MTN dew was good

every time i come here it takes atleast 20 minutes to get my food, and it’s usually not even worth the wait. almost none of the workers speak english which makes ordering very difficult. the chicken is never ready to be serviced, and that makes no sense because this is a chicken place. overall this isn’t worth the wait, anger, OR the high prices. save your self the aggravation and go to chick-fli-a right next door. there they have almost no wait, it’s cheaper, the workers can communicate , have better quality food, and have a smile on there face the whole time.
