Came for lunch on Saturday and our waitress Liz was awesome! We sat close to the bar area. Liz was quick to ask for drink order and quick to bring our beers out. My friend ordered the mushroom swiss chicken burger and WOW the chicken was cooked perfect! I got the 6oz sirlon and asked for medium rare. They cooked it perfectly!! Highly recommend and if you want awesome service too ask for liz!

This was our first time visiting the Crestview FL restaurant and two years since eating at Texas Roadhouse. I was dismayed that the 20 oz ribeye steak was the only option. I usually get a 10 oz (?). My friend ordered the 3-piece catfish, which appeared to be one fillet and cut it in three pieces – not how it was previously served – and very disappointing. Otherwise, the service was exceptional, we were promptly seated, and enjoyed good food.

Place was packed but we were seated within the 25 minutes as told. My hubby got the bone-in ribeye and said it was the most tender steak he had ever eaten. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. Hope the quality of the food and service continues.

My family and I visited Sunday 1/18 around 8pm. The place was busy but no wait for a table. Our server, Destiny, was amazing. Our drinks were never even close to empty and brought us extra rolls without us asking. Our food tasted amazing. It was cooked to perfection and so tasty. Awesome!

We are so excited to have a Texas Roadhouse in our town. They opened in the beginning of May, but we waited until their app told us a good wait time (highly suggest checking in on the app).
We were quoted a 0-15 minute wait. It was about 2 after we parked. Our waitress was very friendly. We enjoyed their yeast rolls. My husband ordered the 11 oz sirloin (med), I had the 6 oz Dallas Filet (med rare). He had their mixed veggies and a baked potato. I had their house side salad and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. Everything was fresh and delicious. It also didn’t take long to come to our table. Overall very happy with our experience.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Florida (I’m from New York City), and I enjoy it every time I come to this restaurant, both the food and the family atmosphere. Although the wait was long because there were so many of us, we know it’s worth it. I love the bread and butter they always bring at the beginning, and the service from the waiters is always very professional and attentive. I hope to continue enjoying this restaurant every time I come to Destin. The kids really enjoyed their burgers and the games on the kids’ menu.

I highly recommend. This location is everything you expect in a Texas Road House. If you’ve never been before, prepare for great food at a decent price. The staff is also always super friendly too. I was lucky enough to go to the soft opening and I’m sure this location is going to be very busy for a long time. I’m so glad we have one in Crestview and I’m sure we’ll be back often.
