My local Panera is my after work go-to spot for eats. I’m super appreciative that they allow me to modify any hot/cold bits to “on the side” that would make the sandwich/salad soggy, allowing me to prepare it fully when I’m home and ready to nosh. Waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. It appears the staff is not really too worried about prioritizing the drive through line. This has never happened to me at any of the other locations. On top of that I ordered extra avocado and didn’t even receive the extra that I paid for. Love Panera and this location is great! Some things, at times there are people in this establishment that cause a ruckus and the staff hardly do anything to get them to leave and it gets drawled out (about 4/5 times I’ve been here). But otherwise, a great place!
