Every time I order the same usual order, a famous bowl, with extra gravy they never put extra gravy. Every…single…time… It’s such a simple task. Is the extra gravy coming from there personal pay? Is that why you they refuse to do something so simple and easily understood? This time I received no gravy and the cashier told me if I drove all the way back up there and returned the old order she would replace it with the order that COULD’VE just been delivered correctly the first time. Why do I have to drive back up there to receive what Ive already paid for because your employees are incompetent? Also the Mac and cheese was crusty as hell are you serious?!

The worst experience EVER , i called the manager Quentin or Quincy he hung up the phone on me told me that i would have to wait 2 weeks for 13.02 or come back to the store. I’m in route to work and you expect me to drive back when all you had to do was get my order correct as it is displayed on the menu. Why would you give me this nasty over sauced food drowning in condiments!!!! I’ll be waiting for my money back !!!

This place will mess up your order, then act like you are in the wrong…. and then the young man in the window also sneezed and handed me my food with the same hand he used to cover his mouth….plain unsanitary….contemplating calling corporate…this location used to be so good ….has changed tremendously….I will not be back!!!

Ordered via app. Great time saver. Not..arrived at 815..lobby closed had to wait 30 in drive thru to get out cold food. Not sure if this is ever KFC or our local one. Beware, it’s overpriced and poorly serviced. Will not go again.

We just ordered from here via Uber Eats. We ordered 2 potato puffs and 2 large mashed potatoes. When the food was delivered, the only thing in the bag was the potato puffs, nothing else. Whoever is responsible for putting the online/pickup orders together dropped the ball big time! The sticker with all the order items listed was on the plastic bag so I’m confused how no one checked, and including the uber person picking up the order. Seems like someone would have noticed that the bag was very light for a four item order.
