We had a great time at this kid-friendly restaurant! The staff was super nice, and they gave the kids crayons and coloring sheets while we waited for our food. The menu had lots of options for picky eaters, and the portions were just right.
The food came out fast and tasted really good. Best of all, there was activity that kept the kids happy while we finished eating. We’ll definitely be back!

As a grandfather I get roped into explorations with the 3 yrs old. I expected a loud machine room with gummy pizza and screaming kids staffed by indifferent teenagers.
It isn’t. A delightful restaurant with a decent menu well prepared. The waitress was experienced with children and grumpy adults. Beer and artisanal soda is available.
You have to sit at the counter so you can see your order exit the kitchen on the train.

My son and I went today 1/3. It was our first time here, I was a little nervous as my son is allergic to eggs and tree nuts. The staff was so friendly! Our waitress made sure to ask about allergies. The food was so delicious! I ordered the pasta with spicy sauce and my goodness that was amazing! My son got the chicken nuggets and fries and they were good, I tried some. The train was so cute and our waitress put my dogs stuffed animal on it for a ride and my son can’t stop taking about it! What a wonderful moment we had! We will definitely be back!!

I’ve been to The Junction Diner many times, and my kids and I have always had a great experience there. We hosted my son’s 8th birthday party there this past weekend, and it was awesome! Brad was very helpful throughout the process of booking/organizing the party – he’s very passionate about his restaurant, and truly cares about his customers’ satisfaction. The party went off without a hitch, and as always – the staff was friendly and attentive. It’s a wonderful restaurant – especially if you have children – and a great place to host a birthday party. Prices are very reasonable.

Very nice owner. He works very hard and most of the game machines might be over 40 years old but even the change machine works. There might be a wait list but worth the wait. Very kid friendly and can remove a barstool to replace with high chair. Great service and food. We did street parking at the bank for a couple hours.

My sons loved the trains, and that mad eit worth while.
My wife got the pasta, and loved it. The garlic bread was garlicky, but tasted doused in a movie theater butter.
My son enjoyed his pizza.
My spicy chicken wrap was ordered with no tomatoes, came with lots on it. I wasn’t impressed by it. However, my tater tots were good.

Easily the best restaurant I’ve been to within driving distance and the second-best overall. I visited just to play some pinball with my father, and the employees didn’t mind at all that we didn’t eat food at first. The two machines they had (Rocky and Bullwinkle and Bobby Orr) were in good condition, especially Bobby Orr since the restaurant owns the machine entirely while R&B is partly owned by an operator. Do be warned however that the Game Room in the back (which houses the pinball machines along with a handful of other games) doesn’t have any reception. Thankfully, everywhere in the restaurant but that small room does have reception. Before we left, we tried a basket of fries just to see if the food way any good, and they were definitely the best fries I’ve ever tried. Great value for only $5 too! The atmosphere is remarkable since the restaurant used to be a bank, which you can tell by the entrance and just the old-timely look of the building inside, which adds to the charm in my opinion. Last but not least, the train, which was just the cherry on top of the whole experience. I totally recommend it to everyone. If you’re not into the train, there’s plenty of other things to keep you occupied.
