We visited Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill in Ketchum with a group of 10, including two fussy kids and two toddlers. The waiter was incredibly patient and attentive — even when dealing with spilled water and a few chaotic moments. The food was delicious, and everyone found something they loved. A few in our group had dietary restrictions, and the staff handled those perfectly. The restaurant was pleasantly quiet when we stopped by in October around 3–5 p.m., making it an even more relaxing experience. Overall, wonderful service, great food, and a very accommodating team — highly recommend!

Its an older establishment. Casual dinning. Great food! We had the Flatiron steak that came with pasta and added a house salad. I can’t eat much so it was plenty for the 2 of us. They have big booths which i really like. Would definitely eat here again.

This place is fantastic! We ate here our first afternoon in Ketchum and then tried a few other restaurants. Smoky Mountain was our favorite place in town so we came back two more times during our 5 day stay. Loved everything we tried with the exception of the bacon mac n cheese – which was just ok. Our server, Frankie, was our favorite. She was fun to talk to and provided excellent service. We enjoyed sitting out on their patio.

A solid spot for a meal, especially considering the reasonable prices given its location in a tourist-heavy city. The drinks were notably expensive, but the garlic fries we ordered were quite tasty—though a bit overpowering on the garlic. I had the Mediterranean pizza with added chicken (though I’m unsure if there was an extra charge for that). The flavors were excellent, though the tomatoes melted into the cheese made the pizza a bit overly moist. Still, it was a very enjoyable dish overall. The staff were friendly, and street parking wasn’t too difficult to find during off-peak hours.

Good place. Friendly staff. Waitress checked in on us periodically. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but it tastes alright. Came out within 10 minutes.
I got fettuccine Alfredo for $21, along with a 8” Carnivore Combo Pizza for $11.
And my girlfriend got Bacon Mac’ N Cheese without bacon, for $21.

We had a great experience at Smoky Mountain Pizzeria! The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was very nice.
THE FOOD:
We couldn’t decide between all the appetizers, so we settled on the Motherlode. We basically devoured it before I could get a picture. My favorite was the Brie Kisses (I could’ve drank the boysenberry jam), the kids loved the mozz sticks, the artichoke dip was yummy, and the fries were a fan fav.
We all loved our entrees! The calzone was filling and cooked perfectly; the pork flat iron was surprisingly moist and so flavorful; the salmon was slightly overcooked, but the sauce was delectable and the salad was perfect (an awesome dish for someone on Keto); and the kids’ pizzas were the perfect size!
We splurged on dessert, which we don’t normally do. The kids loved the sundaes and the adults devoured the blackberry brulee.
THE SERVICE:
It must’ve been a fluke, but there weren’t very many people in there despite it being a Saturday (we were there during off season… end of ski season, not quite summer); and we were seated right away and had a great server.
THE ATMOSPHERE:
We had a larger party, and they seated us in a little room on our own, and it was perfect for us.
We had a 9.5/10 experience (dock half a point because the salmon was slightly dry) and we would absolutely eat here again and recommend it to others!

Not good for groups. I was there with a group of 28 last night. Our group leader made the reservation weeks ago. No manager or owner was present. They were totally unprepared on how to distribute food to multiple tables of various sizes. 5 orders of chicken tenders were ordered by the group leader, yet they couldn’t figure out how to split them up by number of people per table. A table of 3 got a full order and a table of 6 got 0. Our leader had to ask them to plate the salads as the had 2 large trays for 6 tables. The pizzas were thankfully served buffet style. I do think the owner left his staff hanging.

Great comfort food and pizza place. The place is clean and comfortable, if not the best I’ve ever been in. The food was pretty good. Don’t expect the best pizza you’ve ever had, this is more of a good place to bring a group of family or friends for a meal, not for fine dining. This would be a great spot to go after a day of skiing or a day of hiking. We came in with a family group and were quickly seated and served efficiently. They were very accommodating to all of the requests we made and took good care of us. I would definitely come here again.
