We have tried to visit this Roadhouse on a couple of occasions. Normally they have a line out the door. But this time we timed it just right and got in. They were not all that busy when we arrived, But more people began showing up. We were seated fairly quickly. They provided bread as we were seated. The problem was that there was no plates or butter for the bread.

Ordered curbside. I don’t believe in tipping before service so I didn’t add tip to order, but had cash for whoever delivered to our car. Unfortunately, they didn’t bring it. Had to go in and get it. Walked in, 4 girls behind counter deep into their phones and didn’t even acknowledge that someone walked in. When we got home, we were missing all extras, such as butter and dressings. The side of mushrooms was ridiculous and the country fried steak was like shoe leather. Yes, I probably should have checked EVERYTHING before we left, so that was my fault. When I called to let them know about our order, the girl on phone was SO rude. She sounded like a spoiled little brat. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star, was because they did give me 40% off my order. But to be honest, I really don’t even want to go there again.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner here and everyone from our hostess to our server was extremely friendly and helpful. We started with the Texas onion to start then my husband had the prime rib which was superb and I had the half rack of ribs, rice & vegetables. To say, “fall of the bone” ribs was spot on! Great time, great food and great prices!

Me and my daughter decided to dine for Valentine’s Day. Our waitress was top notch and very helpful. We ordered margaritas and potato skins. I didn’t like the cheese being placed on top as a whole instead of individually. As you pick up one everything falls apart. So you’re trying to put bacon and cheese back onto potatoes. I ordered well done beef tips to go. Husband said, they were burnt he couldn’t eat them. At $16.99 that’s a meal wasted!

What an amazing surprise. I often visit from Miami but don’t usually frequent the restaurants that are chains. This time my daughter had suggested Texas Rd. House and it did not disappoint. There was a two hour wait but we used the “check in” option as we finished up at the mall and when we got there… waited 10 minutes and squeezed in through maybe 60 people in the parking lot. Please use that option.. you won’t regret it. Our steaks were cooked great.. service was excellent and the time to get our food was reasonable. I will be back and can’t wait to eat here again.. sadly we don’t have any chain restaurants in Brickell, but this one would be close to competing with Capitol Grill’s roasted chicken and mushrooms.

Busy as usual,but the do have call ahead.I had roadkill,smothered chopped steak,sweet potato and salad. Everything was cooked perfectly.The steak was cooked perfectly. The only problem was they brought out a soup appetizer late.

First time visit. So many issues with kitchen, but server (Victor) was phenomenal! Ordered skewered grilled shrimp on bed of rice, loaded baked potato, & fresh vegetables. 1) no rice on plate, 2) shrimp was BURNED black on bottom side, 3) potato was NOT loaded at all. Asked for toppings.. got sour cream, cheese & bits of bacon. No butter. 4) Vegs were NOT cooked & barely warm. Spoke with Mgr. He partially comped meal, but placed credit on my friend’s tab & issued a card for free appetizer. WOW!

Great environment. Our server, Derk, was absolutely fantastic. Even though they were super busy, he acknowledged me and my girlfriend as soon as we sat and let us know he would get to us. The manager, Allison, also came by to greet us and make sure everything was good. Very professional and the food was great. Will definitely be back

One of the few places out there that still gives great customer service. Even the host today was great as soon as you walk in. Kim was our server and did an excellent job, honestly haven’t had service like this in a long time. We talked to Ashley, the manager on duty to tell her how great everything was and she was amazing herself. I loved it, mom loved it, thank you guys!!!
