stopped by Qdoba today and was really disappointed. The steak was super chewy and full of fat, and the chunks were way too big to even enjoy. When I brought it to an employee’s attention, I was told, “that’s how the steak is,” which honestly made it worse. The quality has definitely gone downhill. The chicken had no flavor either — nothing tastes like it used to before the new management took over. It’s sad because Qdoba used to be my go-to spot, but now the flavor is completely missing. At this point, I’d rather go to Chipotle.

Ordered from GrubHub my order was done 1157. When I got my order for the first time I decided to try the chicken big mistake. Very big mistake as I’m chewing my food. Something seems really chewy after already eating something chewy I took this piece out of my mouth I can say I’m beyond sick and I realize it was raw chicken!!! When I called there to let them know, no apologies nothing and I don’t get sick.

The Qdoba by me closed due to rent increases. So, whenever I’m on the road I find a Qdoba. At about 6PM they were scraping the bottom of the rice, spicy queso and peppers to serve me. I have never seen that at any other location. It also seemed like the steam table was turned off, my meal was warm, but not hot. I took my meal back to my hotel and found a microwave to heat it up to enjoy. The location was clean.

I liked the whole experience of this place, the food was mediocre but way better than does or Chipotle. Customer service was a 10/10 two staff members talked me up while I was getting my food ordered. The boy with pink hair complimented me and signed me up to the qdoba app although my husband already had one, the overall atmosphere was great I will be coming back again

When this order arrived, I immediately got secondhand embarrassment for the owner. I would be humiliated if a dish like this ever left a restaurant I owned. I ordered the veggie nachos. The chips were doused in way too much lime, almost to the point of being inedible. The bowl of toppings was absolutely repulsive – it was drowning in queso, probably three times what should’ve been in the bowl. They had put the lettuce somewhere in the middle, with hot toppings both above and below so it was completely wilted and soggy. They had put the sour cream right on top of the fajita veggies, causing it to curdle. None of the veggies or salsa or beans were drained, so half my bowl was straight liquid. Basically a bowl of watery cheese sauce with a few other things in it. Worst meal I have ever had at QDOBA – completely disgusting and it went straight in the trash.

Last two visits have been closer to 8 pm. They have been out of several things. Food taste good but your choices are limited. The white rice had long cilantro stems in it which was not appetizing. Server was friendly and handled food well.

It was horrible. I’m never coming back here. literally wish i could give negative stars. First of all when i walked in there was trash all over the tables. Then I was waiting at the register because I had done an online order and didn’t know they just have them sitting on a shelf right inside the door for everyone and anyone to take, and as i’m waiting the girl is just standing there on her phone for 2 minutes until she asks me if im picking up and order and just points at the shelf. We ordered two burritos. Neither burritos had guacamole, sour cream, queso, pickled red onions, basically was missing half the stuff we ordered besides meat, a whole lot of rice, and a few beans and little drop of salsa. I just don’t understand, I work in a restaurant and it’s not that hard to get orders correct. I also have never written a review in my life but this really pissed me off, and i hope no one else has an experience even close to this. So maybe just don’t make a mobile order i guess i have no idea. It’s just with how expensive food is and this is what i get? I strongly recommend the Qdoba at park city mall in lancaster. Genuinely nice people, never have gotten my order slightly wrong, give me more than i can ask for, and never fails me, im 100% sticking to that location. Not whatever that was.
