We went inside and the woman gave us something we did not order. Then she started saying that we had asked for it. After that, she returned our money and claimed that we had made a mistake with the order. She started making a scene. I told her we only wanted one quesadilla.
I even told her, “It’s okay, not a big deal,” trying to calm the situation, but she kept insisting that we were wrong and that we had said “chalupa.” It’s not my responsibility if she was not paying attention or was not focused on the order.
She kept bringing up the first order and was rude the entire time. While she was packaging the quesadilla, she said that we didn’t know how to speak English. “Quesadilla” is a Spanish word. Her tone was rude and it felt discriminatory, completely uneducated.

Yeah no. Bad service and honest to god never EVER get the sauces I ask for. Charged. But magically there’s NOTHING THERE EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you are going take peoples’ money, GIVE THEM WHAT THEY PAY FOR.

Cared more about excuses than being proactive. The staff also showed hygiene flaws while handing food.
And zero customer service care. Very rude all the way around.
I called in and got nothing but excuses the best being well I didn’t to it being the MOD means you are in charge of the crew and what they fail to handle is at the end of the day you’re fault by being hands off.
Would like to hear from the store manager.

When we pulled up to this taco bell there were two cars in front of us. We got to the speaker rather quickly. With one car in front of us we we’re asked to wait. They give the car in front of us food and the car leaves. After sitting there for ten minutes my husband asks if they were there. The response was ya you need to hold on. My husband says something in response and she says you need to give me a minute. We have two calls on hold and 13 orders. Why should any of that effect my order? After another ten mins we order, but the total is really high. We asked the girl to repeat the order 5 times and her response was to tell us they raised their prices. If the prices really are as high as what we were charged I wont go back. My husband said i justwant to go i’ll pay it. We wait 8 minutes then a different chick comes up amd says what did you order. We got all mixed up. So we give back the receipt. She says oh ya it’s almost done. We wait another 5 mins and the first chick tells us theres no nacho cheese. We had a nacho bell grande. My husband asks me what to do. While we are discussing it The chick repeats we can make it with everything else just no nacho cheese so much that i say its not nachos without nacho cheese! She was talking over my husband. I tell them to switch it to doritos tacos combo. She asks if we want to just switch it out or do we want a refund. I said refund but my we’d been there so long that my husband said i’ll eat the difference I just want to go. What kinda customer service is that! When she hands us the bag she says everything should be in there which was already concerning. We just left which we shouldn’t have. My gordita was literally leaking all over the bag. Literally was inedible. ,My chipotle chicken melt wasn’t grilled or rolled. They basically made it a soft taco. The missing items are one doritos nacho taco and the regular taco that goes with that combo, and a soft taco. The entire ordeal took close to 40 minutes. WITH NO ONE IN FRONT OF US!! The employees were nothing but rude. They were totally unapologetic, acted as if we were bothering them and being unreasonable. I’ll drive 10 miles out of my way to never go there again.

I wish I could give zero stars. Newer location, so we kept trying here and tried to grant grace. I’m tired. Problem after problem after problem. One time it might be missing food, the very next time I specifically say something about not having all my food, I get pulled up and handed a bag without all my order. Another time I called, no one answered, so I couldn’t address the issue. I went up there with a receipt and was treated like I was lying. It’s almost every time I go through this location, there’s a problem. It’s just pathetic. I’m done giving chances. We won’t be back. We’ll go out of our way to avoid this mess. Posting a picture of my nacho fries from today, not one eaten from it yet. Just don’t waste your time or money here.

It’s fine, food is ok and service is usually prompt-ish but cleanliness is lacking. There’s been taco guts on the drink machine for weeks now, tables are sticky and floors are kinda gross. Let’s hope that they keep the back of house cleaner than the front.

The quesadilla was not cut, employees were friendly, service was slow, but I fell victim to their drive thru trap. I specifically came here for the nacho fries, but they didn’t have them. I was just frustrated because their drive thru is setup to where the menu is not visible until you are already stuck in the drive thru, so I could not check to see if they still had them. I will not make this mistake again. Next time I will choose one of the other food places in this crowded area.

I wish I could give them zeros we just went to the drive-through and they got the entire order wrong and asked us to donate. Tried to call in so we could go through the drive-through and get it fixed. They wanted us to go back and come in. I ordered the number nine Mexican pizza substituting all the meat for black beans they charged us for black beans put gave me regular tacos and then put black beans on top of the meat for my Mexican. Bring up the wrong burrito after we verified the order for him and his three country tacos and then put the burrito in the bag. They messed up our order the last time so we haven’t been back there for months. I won’t be going back. No dinner for me tonight..
