I haven’t had the best experience here before. But today I met Itzel through the drive through after ordering a family meal and other items…she was a sweetheart my order was accurate and no items were missing and I got plenty of condiments and napkins..its rare these days to find kind, caring and attentive staff especially in a fastfood Drive-thru. So huge thank you to Itzel and Zenon in the grill making the chicken. I hope management takes good care of them!!!

They were getting everything wrong!! First of all is this a bean bowl?? With a hint of chicken?? I understand the concept of cross contamination being uncontrollable at times but… mac&cheese+mashed potatoes. What if I was allergic. That wasn’t the end of it the small chicken breast that was given to us, but her forgetting the drink. There was not a line behind us they most definitely were just done for the day like they always are no matter what time of the day

Everything was great. The people were good actually someone came up and asked if everything was all right. It was perfect. Food was served fast very courteous to the customers. Christina talk to me in the lounge. She was very, very nice and helpful too. Love your food.

Black mold all over container lid for salsa. Got on my hands and on my salad. Threw it away and washed hands immediately. Hope I don’t get sick.

Every time I order from here under Uber Eats, this restaurant ALWAYS fails to put important things that are supposed to go with my meals. This last time I ordered a tostada salad with cilantro dressing and I did not get any dressing. Like how am I supposed to eat a salad without dressing??? They used to have the option to add the dressing to the cart but now it’s not even available on the Uber Eats app. THEN my boyfriend didn’t get his tortilla like he ordered and Pollo loco sent a bag of chips. Not only that but I ordered ALL avocado salsa and it was 7 of them. Instead I only get 3 avocado salsa and they gave me other salsas that I did not want at all. What is wrong with people? Do they hire people that don’t know how to read? They always like to make our orders to THEIR liking like WHY??? Smh!!

I’ve only ever done take out at this place. Most of the time it was a good experience where the chicken isn’t dry. My most recent experience was the first time I had pretty dry chicken and there were some pieces that were so dry it was hard to chew. The guacamole is a pass for us. I don’t like how they always skimp on the salsa I request and give me ones that I did not request.
