They made it right and I am so grateful to the crew. I got home from picking up my first order to discover very sub-par quality food, not even close to what I ordered. Usually if they’re low in stock they will tell you or consult so you can make substitutions you’re comfortable with. Unfortunately it was the also first time I didn’t check my food before going home first (figures ). I called the store and the manager told me to come back for a replacement since there is no system to refund mobile orders. I did just that and they took very good care of me. Fortunately I only live 5 mins away. Food is hot, fresh, exactly what I ordered. I feel kinda bad for making them go through that but when you spend that much money for a meal, it should be at least close to what you ordered or at least of some acceptable quality. I woulda been crucified if I had tried to feed that first round to my family!

Placed an online order and almost ever aspect was bad.
I ordered a pot pie and didn’t get it.
Ordered a 6 piece and got mostly legs. The one thigh I got was tiny and didn’t have skin. Ordered original recipe and it was mixed with extra crispy. Ordered tenders and they were torn?!? Tried calling and no one answers. Had to send it in via KFC.com. Waste of money to get what ever the employee feels like or doesn’t feel like throwing in.

Ordered the family meal 6 piece chicken extra crispy and 6 strips. Chicken was a mix of original and extra crispy. The chicken was extremely dry. The strips had obviously been sitting out for a long time and tasted like it. They were also very small and very dry. Super annoying to spend 40$ on a meal when it’s not fresh or what you ordered. Highly frustrating

Always close dining room early. Came at 9:30pm, they close at 10:30 pm, and the “food is frozen” besides a wait time for the rest of the items? Essentially, inoperable and not worth going for the second half of a day. Otherwise, the food is usually at most what you’d expect for a joint like this.

I wanted to try the new chicken sandwich, so I stopped by for the first time in years. As far as fast food goes, I think KFC is one of the better ones. I had no problems with this location – it was quick, cheap, tasty, and the staff was friendly.
The spicy chicken sandwich was pretty basic but good overall. I always love a good biscuit, too. I’d recommend skipping chocolate chip cookie – it’s a subpar, prepackaged, room temperature cookie.

I will not be back, food was absolutely terrible. I went there tonight and the highlight was the professional and courteous woman working the drive through. Ordered chicken tenders. They are completely different than they used to be, much smaller, less breading, no taste. We went there at 7p, and they must have already had a long sit under the heat lamp. The meal was terribly prepared, just thrown in the box, biscuit broken, maybe a dozen fries in the box. I cannot recall the last time I paid this much for an absolutely horrible meal. I don’t write reviews often, but this was bad.

I used to love this store, but they can’t get your order right. Every time there is something missing. Today it was fries. Their solution is for me to drive up and pick up an order of fries. I’m handicapped and use delivery sparingly due to costs. It’s a big deal when I order delivery. I planned and looked so forward to my splurging just to get let down. The only response is “Oh well” ♀️

The food was overcooked and dry as if sitting for awhile. Also missing sauces from my order and it clearly shows on the 2 receipts on the bag that they were ordered. On the receipts on the bag it says 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 “Your meal was packed and double-checked for accuracy by:” and both were blank.

Surreal in its awfulness. Online order. Inside pickup in 5-15 minutes per the app. On arrival the doors are locked—at 8 pm on a Saturday. After gaining attention of someone inside, advised the order would be ready in another 35 minutes. Which is too long to hang out in the parking lot, so asked to cancel the order. Not so fast! Advised they cannot cancel it in the store, we need to call the KFC 800 number. After being on hold for ten minutes there, advised that the matter would need to be sent to “upper management” for resolution and they would reach out by phone or email some time in the future. So, the order was neither filled, nor cancelled. I’d avoid this store, and the online KFC experience, unless facing starvation.
