3rd time is the charm. After going to Palmer location the last 3 times I have not left with all the food I’ve paid for. Or with cold fries. New workers need to be trained better. If you go to Palmer Wendy’s you’ll wait in line for 20 min and not get what you paid for.

Slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. I waited 50 minutes in the drive through with only TWO cars ahead of me! I’ve been through the drive through and inside. The cooks just stand around not preparing anything.

If you don’t have anywhere to be and want to sit around all day this is the place for you! Waited to take my order for almost 10 minutes and then proceeded to take another 15 to get my food. Absolutely ridiculous.
The staff is super slow and told me that there were multiple items on the menu that they couldn’t serve. Came in here on a cold day wanting chili and was told it wasn’t available. I will not be coming back here.

Absolutely terrible service. Instead of taking orders as people pull up. They take two and wait until those people are completely served then help the next. It leads to long wait times. They ignore the people in line as long as possible. They yell so loud into the speaker it’s crazy… just left sands food after such rude service

I don’t write these but I feel my experience warrants this review.
The length of time to get my food was absolutely ridiculous. It took 10 minute just for the patron ahead of me to be able to place his order. I figured, Ok they’re busy, i understand… i then spent over 30 minutes waiting for my simple order to be prepared(chicken blt, a bacon double cheeseburger and chili) while cars orders are going through at 1 car every 3 minutes and on top of that an employee placed his order not much different from mine and received it in 5 minutes before my order out.
At this point I’m rather annoyed. I got my order and I realize it had a potato and cheese fried as a substitute since they ran out of chili though i was right in front of them and they could have informed me. And No i cannot eat those items which is why i ordered the chili for myself. On top of this, they didn’t give me my drink which took another 5 minutes. debacle After over 40 minutes had elapsed from the time i placed my order to receiving my food, I told them to just refund me on the chili which they did and took another 7 minutes to do.
I got to the car, handed the food out and both sandwiches were incorrect. The owner of this Wendys franchise should be embarrassed to show their face in public at the sad excuse of workmanship they hired.

Worst place ever… can’t get there card reader up and running and have to go get cash at the ATM machine which charged another $4.00 on top of the order. Will not eat here again!!!!

Absolutely the worse drive threw experience ever we waited in line for 45 mins for 2 frostys and 1 meal and they didn’t even give us the right frostys it wasn’t even worth the complaint at that point I will not be coming back here anytime soon. On top of that the person taking our order in the drive threw is rude as hell!! Such a waste of time and money for what we received

When I arrived at the drive thru I was told “we are out of literally everything except the chicken wrap” and I almost thought he was messing with me so I said “really?” And he said “yes unfortunately I am being serious” I know it’s not that guys fault but good lord why are you open if you have one item left from your menu?

The attached picture is of 3 triple baconantors. My order was simply a triple baconantor with only ketchup and mustard and to add ghost pepper cheese. Simple enough right, wrong… the first burger came out plain only ketchup. I let them know and they said they would fix it. Then they gor busy and forgot. After reminding them they gladly made another burger for me. This one had ketchup and mayonnaise with all the vegetables. So I brought that to their attention. They remade it for me a third time. This time is was ketchup and mustard with all the vegetables. So I said forget it and took the veggies off. The food after that point was good. The people were friendly but and seemly trying but it was a mess. Like one women I think her name was Jamie seemed to be the only one to know what was going on. Get 5 more Jamie’s and you guys will be fine. Unfortunately 3 other people were dealing with messed up orders along with me. Sadly it’s not the first time it’s happened to me here. Infact this is 3 in a row. I keep coming cause I like the food but the whole orchestration to get the correct order is tiresome…
