Such a quaint little spot for home style cooking. You can get a platter of nachos to share to go even! Always hits the spot!

Fun, Food, and entertainment! This restaurant is set up for a deliciously filling mean all while having fun! Great for any occasion, they provide bands on Thursdays with beer and limited wine drinks. I have been enjoying nachos here for more than 25 years!

Now that’s a great burger! Definitely worth the hour drive for the Alamo burger. The steak fries were big and hot. The price is right. First time visiting this place and it was not a disappointment. I highly encourage you to visit this establishment! There’s plenty of parking and the staff are very friendly. They do have an all you can eat salad bar if you love your veggies.

We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday and it was a very nice experience. I tried the nachos and the Alamo burger, both were fantastic. My wife’s steak was a bit over cooked but not too bad. Overall the experience was very good.

I love the old world atmosphere here. I thought the food was decent, but not super-flavorful. My wife felt the same for the burger (I had a Buffalo Chicken Sammich). I don’t know what else they could do…or what magical spices to add in, but they could do well to figure that part out. The service was great by the way. I would love to come when they have a band or some event outside.

This place is cool. The onion rings are tasty. The bean and cheese chalupas sucked. I really loved the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Our waitress Abby was awesome!

This is a great place to stop and eat at while in Castroville. The food is amazing, the staff was so friendly and on point. We will stop and enjoy ourselves the next time through. Want to catch the live music next time.
