Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish.
Everything we ordered was delicious, including Caesar salads, garlic knots, baked ziti, and especially the penne alla vodka with chicken, which was the standout of the meal. Portions were generous and the quality of the food was excellent.
Pricing felt fair and realistic for both the quality and quantity of food we received.
A great local restaurant with good food and good service. We will definitely be back.
Upon arrival the entry is a bit dim. We weren’t greeted immediately but on the next time she walked by.
We asked to be seated at a booth and some time to review the menu. We were looking and undecided so we asked questions about a few of the items and because of the price you didn’t want to order and then waste the food.
So we ordered the Philly cheese steak sub, the cheese steak Stromboli, Ceasar salad and cheeseburger, fries and onion rings and two drinks.
The sub was supposed to have provolone cheese, American and cheddar. No provolone cheese was on it and the sub did not cover the bread. The Stromboli once she picked it up all the meat slid to the bottom leaving nothing but bread at the top. The Ceasar salad she said was just okay and the burger the same. But the onion rings stole the show for me.
But the price of the food ($73) did not match the portions served and the customer service was lacking. It seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. So she came and gave us to-go containers and a cup for my lemonade. (The paper barely made it back to the hotel). We tipped and left.
However, there was a female teenager that came over and spoke and offered us bags for our food. She had the warmest and friendliest demeanor and good observation at reading the situation. I wish her all the best on life’s journey.
Price breakdown: Salad with added chicken, 8.99+3.99, each fettuccine with chicken dinner, 15.99+6.00, Tiramisu, 5.99
The chicken was rotisserie like pieces (as seen in the photos) Very pricey for the extra charge of chicken and not worth the value. Fettuccine tasted good but not great. The Caesar dressing was delicious.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pasta tasted homemade, the sauces were rich and perfectly seasoned, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. We also loved the appetizers and desserts; everything tasted authentic and prepared with care.
