I am writing as a deeply dissatisfied customer to formally report an experience that was not only unprofessional but genuinely concerning from a health and safety standpoint. What I witnessed during my visit raises serious questions about leadership, employee conduct, and basic sanitation practices at this location.

First and foremost, the leadership is extremely poor. The manager on duty, Keondra Franklin, displayed behavior that was dismissive, rude, and completely lacking in professionalism. Rather than leading with accountability or respect, she spoke to both customers and employees in a hostile and condescending manner. There was no sense of control, organization, or leadership presence. The overall environment felt chaotic and uncomfortable, as though employees were allowed to do whatever they wanted with no oversight or standards being enforced.

What is even more alarming are the sanitation issues I observed. I personally witnessed employees returning to work without washing their hands. Basic hand hygiene — something that should be non-negotiable — was clearly not being enforced by management. Seeing this as a customer was extremely disturbing and immediately made me question the safety of the establishment. These are fundamental health practices, and the fact that leadership appears indifferent to them is unacceptable.

A manager sets the tone for the entire workplace. In this case, the tone being set is one of carelessness, disrespect, and disregard for cleanliness and customer safety. When leadership fails at this level, it directly impacts employee behavior and puts customers at risk.

This experience has significantly damaged my trust in your business. I strongly urge corporate leadership to investigate this location, review management conduct, and address the lack of sanitation enforcement immediately. Issues involving hygiene and leadership should never be taken lightly, and if left unaddressed, I believe they could warrant further escalation.

I hope this complaint is taken seriously and results in meaningful corrective action.

This place is usually decent compared to most fast food restaurants. They really struck a nerve today though. My double cheeseburger was ordered at 1:55 or so… it must have been made fresh around 10 am. They nuked the burger before serving it. The cheese was crusted to the wrapper, the bun was partially chewy and the other part stiff as a board, while the meat blistered the roof of my mouth. I was wondering why the bottom of the wrapper was soaked with grease or water. I’ve been asked several times lately to wait at the cashiers window to slow up the drive thru line so the cashier can run back and forth to the kitchen. I know they are hurting for help but dang… what a disappointment.

My wife and I went to Burger King after church and of course it was afternoon we went through the drivethu and there was a line of cars. The women that was working was getting the cars gone fast and I didn’t see anyone going back because something was wrong or missing. We like this fast food restaurant

I asked for Onion rings with some crunch to it and she Put the onion rings that she gave me already back into grease. That’s not what I wanted nor did they taste fresh I don’t understand the problem with giving out something that you wanna pay for.

Staff are very kind….their cook, however, should find a new job. I understand it’s fast food but if you’re going to charge $11 for a chicken sandwich at least make sure it has what was paid for.

A chicken bacon Swiss sandwich should have bacon and Swiss cheese on it. Please do better.

Had to go back since I was in the wal mart parking lot taking a dinner break from work , due to the coke I ordered. Which was in all honesty nothing but carbonated water all in part to the staff being too lazy to replace the actual syrup in the machine. Went back… counter is filthy as all get out. Whole place looks in shambles. Got tea. The tea was spoiled as if it had been sitting in there for a day or two , which judging by the looks of this place it had. I put a cancelation on ever going here again. The ppl who work there will do a fine job at getting it shut down. Seems to be the case everywhere these days. Take a look around.

Been through here 3 times this year after shopping at Walmart. Every single time my orders been wrong . Then they act like you’re inconveniencing them when you come in. The cook all 3 times has on a full ski mask because I’m guessing he has warrants . This last time 2 people from the drive thru were behind me with the wrong order . I literally don’t think he can read. The people behind me were talking about this is the nastiest one they have gone to. For all the people that come in to fix their order there has to be triple that that just drove off and realizing when they got home it was wrong .

Drove 25 minutes here to pick up my order to be told they gave it away and they won’t do anything about it and to fix it through the app. You have to call customer service to get the refund the app only offers an in store credit for this situation and it takes 5-7 days to credit.

Ordered my food through the app, thinking they’re like everyone else and don’t just hand it out to whatever random walks in pointing at bags and asking for it even though they don’t even know the name on the order, apparently not.
