Not busy at all on a Wednesday when I stop by for lunch!
It took them less than three minutes to have my to-go order ready, which is great for the person that have limited lunch time!

Decent Taco Bell for drive thru, we drive a bit further from home to go to this location after issues with other Taco Bells.
The drive thru lane has always been clean and functional, and we have not had any issues with order accuracy over the years.

Tried the new chicken cantina quesadilla and while it is nice the price I’d pretty steep for a fast food item.
You do get a small cup of sour cream and guacamole with a guacamole salsa packet which pretty much covers the price increase from their regular one.
However the chicken flat bread is fantastic for its price point. Would buy three of these then one of the new chicken quesadilla.

Ive eaten here a few times now seeing as I live nearby and enjoy taco bell. But im tired of the poor service I keep receiving. Most the cashier’s wont say so much as hi and just scowl when I order food. Not to mention last two times they didn’t even make my food right. Last time I ordered a steak quesadilla it was half empty and then my crunchwrap was barely cooked and soggy. If you really want taco bell, go elsewhere. Or lees sandwiches next door. Theyre great and have good service too.

This location used to be really good—clean and efficient. The food is still decent, and the restaurant is generally kept tidy, which I appreciate.
However, the customer service has gone downhill. Some of the staff can be polite, but a few—especially Maria—come across as quite rude and unapproachable. It really affects the experience when you’re just trying to grab a quick meal.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had a negative experience with her. When we pick up orders for more than one person, she seems irritated and has even said we can’t use the drive-thru and have to come inside instead. It’s unclear why, and it feels like we’re being treated unfairly.
I hope management takes note and works on improving the overall service. A friendly attitude goes a long way!

My nuggets were okay. Nothing to write home about. My box was ok too. Fiesta potatoes dry. Food didn’t feel too fresh. Felt cold for parts of it. And on top of that a lady brought her non service dog in here and the workers didn’t even tell her she couldn’t be in here

The stupid ai bot make taking orders so much longer then it needs to be. Tries to sell you on other stuff before you can get your total and move on. Prices are already crazy high and then they ask u to round up to give to some charity on top. Don’t think its worth it anymore.
