Have not had Naples pizza in a long time and ordered it tonight. Ordered a large pizza, lightly baked with pepperoni, canned mushrooms, and green pepper. It was extremely fresh and very flavorful. Lots of toppings. Such a nice friendly atmosphere and service!

Although my order arrived within 38 minutes, it tasted like it had sat for hours. I used to work at naples for years and I have never been so dissatisfied. The garlic bread was tough, very hard. The pizza was not that good either, and my mozzarella sticks were soggy. I do not live far from the pizza place so there is no reason it should’ve been like this.

The best pizza in Windsor, bar none. The pizzas aren’t anything fancy—you won’t find arugula and goat cheese pizzas—but they absolutely nail the basics. Also, free delivery!

This location in particular (Malden Road in LaSalle) has better pizza than the other locations around Windsor/Essex County. Not sure why, as they all share the same supplier for ingredients.

The owners are friendly and personable; regulars are greeted with a friendly smile and by their first name.

I called to inquire about gluten free pizzas for people with Celiac disease, and I was not disappointed. I spoke with Derek who was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I was so impressed and greatly appreciated the time he took to answer my questions and concerns. The gf pizza I got was delicious and fairly priced; no issues after eating it either :). Thank you so much, Naples Pizza! I will definitely be back again.

Ordered 2 queen pizzas for a poker party we were having order was $93 dollars gave driver $ 114 brought pizza in house to find the hole pizza complete crushed together and missing pizza slices , ( I can’t even make it up ) called and the person that answered was rude and not helpful in any way very very disappointed. And hope they make it right

The pizza is very good, they read the order ticket and certainly deliver what you asked for… in my case, thin crust extremely well done, 3 stars for that detail!!!!! But man the price… $34 for a pizza? Ya no… very good pie but there not paying the franchise fees we are obviously….. so I’m out on naples
