This place is so nothing to write home about. We came here for the first time and it was just so meh. I can’t stand spending a lot of money on crappy food. The waitress seemed bothered the entire time, idk if she was having a bad day or what but I don’t think I saw her smile once. Our dishes were never taken away, and we had a huge appetizer plate. I decided to try here instead of going to Sarah Street, and I will never make that mistake again. I honestly have no idea how it has as many stars… then again the bar is low for the slate belt with there not being many options.

We recently held a birthday party here in the private room off of the main bar. The planning of the event was incredibly easy and Cheyenne made it such a pleasurable experience. Her communication was amazing. All of our guests loved the food. They had the Eagles game on a big screen for us and we altogether had a wonderful time.

Didn’t realize detzis was closed Sundays so came here instead and wow what a MISTAKE. There was a decent amount of people there watching football and eating but I wouldn’t say the place was packed to the point that food should be as slow as it was. My husband and I sat down at 115 and didn’t place and order until around 125 which that’s not really a big deal, we ordered onion rings as an appetizer and I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, my husband ordered a cheesesteak with French fries extra crispy. We sat there for 50 minutes before our onion rings came out even though we saw 4 other tables who sat down and ordered at least 15-20 minutes after us recieve their appetizers before us. When I said something to the waitress she was snippy and said they were at capacity (there was at least 10 open tables) then said our food would be right out, we were ready to just get up and leave. Another 10-15 minutes later our food came out and I said to the waitress if your at capacity why did 4 other tables who sat down and ordered after us receive their appetizers before us and she said oh it’s the order the chefs cook it in, but if I was there and ordered 15 minutes earlier then then I should have been getting my appetizer first. What kind of service is that. And then when I asked to speak to a manager she ignored me until I asked several times and claimed there wasn’t one available but she didn’t even go to look for one. And to top it off my husbands cheesesteak looked like dog food and my salad was not good and his extra crispy fries were soggy. So disgusting and disappointing we used to like it here. Poor staff and food

This was our first time there. They hosted an event for us. We had 20 to 30 people and the wait staff did amazing and the atmosphere inside was wonderful. Great for watching sports. We will definitely be back.

Completely unacceptable and 0 customer service. Called in an order for food. Was told it would be a 25 minute wait. Showed up after 30 minutes to them saying they couldn’t find the name and took down the entire order again. When we talked to management they said that we never called and an order was never placed, instead of being accountable tried blaming the customer. Will never return. Unless you are looking for a low budget location to grab a crappy drink, you don’t need to go here.

Was excited to check this place out after hiking 8 miles on the AT and driving almost 2 hours to get here…now we regret it. Place has great ratings but not sure why…i waited 57 mins for my food (6 wings) , 15 mins for service at the bar for a drink. Drink was extremely weak. Appetizer took 46 mins,… guess so they can get you to buy more alcohol. Received the app….not worth the wait (cheese fries with bacon). Waitress thought it was more important to get others ToGo orders than to take our initial order when they were ready for the bill. I’m never coming back, other better places to go to in or around the area. Seriously VOC (voice of customer) is not a thing here… I’m extremely disappointed 1 hr 10 mins for my bf to get his burger….I think this is a record! Was double charged for the fries and bacon! The prices were high for an area like this. Watched servers standing behind the server prep station talking laughing on their phones, instead of attending a very crowded restaurant…..i waitressed for 6 yrs…this would have been a firable offense…especially since everyone was staring them down…..Good Luck!
