Grabbed breakfast there today for someone and the little girl at the window couldn’t have been more nasty. It cost a person NOTHING to be polite. I ordered, drove up and spoke. This little girl gave me my total AGAIN and closed the window as I was getting my money. She returned, took my payment, gave me change and walked away all while having such a nasty look on her face. I wanted to be nasty and tell her to smile and comb her hair but I would have been no better. If I wasn’t picking up food for someone else I would have left because I DON’T eat their food! Simply unprofessional!

I appreciate the variety of breakfast selection, salads, and burgers,. I like the chili, which comes with crackers and options for sour cream and chives. At least it did last time I was there. Sometimes it gets lost in the training. Just sayin. Overall, love it. it’s quick and friendly service. Great location. It gets busy around lunch and dinner time, but that’s to be expected, great minds think alike, right?!

As you walk to the door you see so many fingerprints and smear marks you can’t even hardly see inside. As you enter your shoes are autistically stuck to the floor like a movie theater that has never been mopped in front of the drink machine The smell inside smells like molded carpet and mildew.
The men’s restroom needed to have been serviced
I stopped and went inside the dining area today. I arrived at 6:00 pm wait to 5 minutes inline before our order was placed. 6:06 pm order was placed , cups was recovered to find out we wer over charged an extra $2.40 for a drink we didn’t order.
I didn’t say a word and proceeded to see how the rest of the eatting process was to work out

(Several other people were already waiting to receive their food in line when I arrived and were not being served and seemed to be ignored.)
At 6:25 pm I approached the counter to ask about my order.
Noone seemed to know where my order was or what happened during my visit
After much mass confusion I did receive my order 6:27 pm. As I stood at the counter
It was later determined they had given my order to the wrong guest who had.already.left out the door.

1 each Summer Salad
1 each baked potato
2 each Chicken Nuggets
1 Soft.Drink ( But was charged for two each instead)
After getting my order, I have a seat open the bag to find out I needed to go back to counter and ask for butter and sour cream that was ordered with the baked potato.
Summer Salad tasted good and seemed fresh (But, lacked the bacon to that was ordered to be on it)
Chicken Nuggets we’re hot and to and tasted good.
For the time I spent here and the lack of quality of service, I don’t believe I will be back anytime soon.

Got breakfast delivered, 2 of the sausage biscuits (with extra sausage patty) were made wrong (they added unwanted egg and cheese to both) and honestly I didn’t care for the taste of the sausage, egg & cheese croissant. My fiancée enjoyed his breakfast sandwiches.

I went to the drive thru on August 2, 2025, at about 6:15 or 6:30pm. I had to wait a long time to place my order. While trying to place my order, a lady told me that, they don’t have any ranch dressing for the chicken nuggets. The lady then said , their truck didn’t come. The lady then said, they only have vanilla ice cream. The lady then said, their truck was supposed to be there five hours ago. I ordered a 6 dollar biggie bag and a small frostie. I was supposed to get a regular double stack but they gave me a bacon double stack. The fries were cold the nuggets were cold and hard as though, they had been sitting a long time. I asked for sweet tea no ice with lemon. The lady said they don’t have any lemon. The young man handed me some kind of beverage with ice in it. The lady said they don’t have any sweet tea. I had to choose a different beverage. This meal was horrible and the employees didn’t get my order right at all. They acted as though, they were high on something. I know that, people order biggie bags everyday so my order was not out of the norm. I’m calling the corporate office on Monday, to inform them about this incident. I will NEVER!!!!, go back to this wendys location. I will say that, bottom of the barrel is to good for this wendys location. I will NEVER recommend this wendys location to anyone. I’m going to ask for a gift card for a totally different wendys restaurant. My order cost nine dollars and some change. This was a Horrible experience!!!!!

I’ve had a few issues with this location. They can’t find my mobile order. They wouldn’t allow me to use my frosty key chain tag on mobile orders. They short me cheese on the Faves single. The burger is supposed to have two slices of cheese and on several occasions it only came with one.

Never had service this bad from this place. Asked for a triple Dave’s, got a double. Worst of it all… ordered a chicken sandwich and when I bit into it, I discovered the chicken was RAW. Lost my appetite. I pray this isn’t happening to anyone else.

This place is trash. Jen the manager is trash. She was talking about the GM Josh I suppose loud and clear with her crew laughing and mentioning someone named Eric. I’ve never seen someone be unprofessional. I will never come back here until they get better management.
