We were greeted upon entering and served quickly. It was our first time in so they gave us a tour of the menu. It was helpful in deciding between the great options. I tried the Cuban and it was outstanding. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. The bread is a great texture, not to hard but enough to keep the sandwich together.

I’m a truck driver and finding food I really enjoy is normally few and far between and hard to get to. I stopped by the firehouse subs location because I needed to go to the neighborhood Walmart close by. The crew is very friendly and it’s very clean. I will definitely get more of my meals here.

Excellent subs that are prepared with care. And their gluten-free bun is one of the best! Doesn’t texture like typical dry hard gluten-free bread. Hook and Ladder…great sub! Service was really good across the board from the order to pickup. Impressive experience. Will be back again.

I had never been to Firehouse Subs before, and the hospitality here blew me away! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with great energy. Nate and James took amazing care of me, they had big smiles, answered all my questions, and really made me feel welcome. The service was outstanding, the food was absolutely delicious, and their cookies are amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Incredible customer service at this location. There was a mistake with my order and Gary the GM personally reached out to me and made things right quickly.
There are not many places left with great customer service so we really appreciated this experience and will come to this location anytime we want firehouse.

We haven’t tried our food yet – but the man at the register was so distracted I had to repeat everything 2 or 3 times, and even then I had to go back to the counter to ask about the drink that was supposed to come with the kid combo. I asked where to tap my card twice – not looking at me and no answer. My husband had to ask yet a third time. Two of the employees behind the counter were coughing into their hands. Definitely will go to a different location if we want Firehouse again.

Extremely horrible customer service. I placed an order online and was told there was nothing they could do because it was placed through a third party. It was placed thru the firehouse subs website.I was directed that I could place a second order (why would I do that when the 1st transaction didn’t work?) the employee that answer the phone didn’t even state to me she was giving the phone to a manager someone else just picked up the phone and told me I was out of luck pretty much or wait for the charge to fall off. As a customer of multiple years I will not return to this location again

Gary M. Had excellent attention to detail with my Gluten Allergy, he switched his gloves and picked from the untouched fresh vegetables to reduce the risk of cross contamination. The team was very fast and professional!

Beware eating here. I spoke up and asked one of the workers if she was going to change her gloves after I saw her touching her face and then handling someone’s food. She had an attitude and proceeded to talk about me to her other coworkers as I was standing there. After I asked her if there was a problem with me telling her to change her gloves after what I witnessed, she simply said “I am done speaking with you.” I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager! The general manager was present as well. Poor customer service and complete lack awareness of cross contamination and potentially sickening patrons here!

The help acted like they didn’t want to be there. Tried the new turkey sandwich. Turkey was dry. Smothered it in mayo. Dressing was dry. It had an almost non-existent smear of cranberry. Not a fan. Med sand was $12+. ???
