Pulled into McDonald’s just wanting a quick bite… left questioning why their fries are scientifically impossible to replicate at home.

First of all, those fries? Fresh, hot, and salted with what I can only assume is happiness and mild addiction. I told myself I’d only eat a few on the drive home. I finished them before I hit the first red light. Zero regrets.

The drive-thru crew moved with NASCAR pit crew efficiency. Order taken fast, food out fast, and somehow they still managed to be friendly. My bag was actually organized too — no sauce explosion, no upside-down burger situation. Elite performance.

Burger was hot, pickles perfectly placed, and the soda had that crisp, McDonald’s-only flavor that hits different. You know the one.

McDonald’s isn’t just fast food. It’s emotional support with fries. 10/10 would absolutely say “I’m just getting a coffee” and leave with a full meal again.

My family and I were in the area and decided to stop here on our way home. It was one of the few food places open late, and since Google showed they were open until 1 AM, we stopped in around 11:30 PM.

We placed our orders using the self-service kiosks and found a table. Someone from our group went up to ask if we needed to get our own cups or if they’d come with our food, and we were given them at that time. We were told our food would be brought to our table, so we waited — but after quite a while (much longer than usual for McDonald’s), we went to check on our order.

When we asked about it, the employee at the counter said they were packaging everything to go, even though we had selected dine-in. When we questioned why, we were told the dining area was closing soon at midnight. We explained that Google says they’re open until 1 AM, but they insisted the dining room closes at 12 AM and only the drive-thru stays open until 1 AM — something that isn’t stated online.

After a bit we looked and our food had just been sitting on the counter. No one had called our number or told us it was ready, and no one delivered it to our table like we were told would happen. All of our food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. We sat and ate since it was before 1 AM, and we noticed another large group doing the same without being told to leave — yet our group seemed to be a problem for some reason.

Overall, we were very disappointed with both the service and the food quality. If the dining area closes earlier than the posted hours, that should be clearly stated online to avoid confusion for late-night customers.

Wish there was an option for 0 Stars. Terrible service. They tried to kick out 4 out of 10 people in our group and claimed “they close soon so we have to get our food to go” but didn’t say anything for the other 6 of us. Also there was other people there but they didn’t get told they have to leave due to them “closing”. Didn’t have our food brought to us at the table. When we opened up bags to eat our food, all food was terrible. Cold, hard, discolored like they sat there for a few hours with no heat. Food took FOREVER that it should’ve been new, but clearly was old food.

Clearly this location needs improvement. Overall rating of 2.9 stars. Along with this, lowest star ratings have been put on here for almost 10 YEARS. Learn how to make good food for your customers and have good service. Maybe have all employees go to other locations to learn what its like to be efficient and have good service at your job. No one will want to eat at this location if you have terrible service, efficiency, and food.

Things like bugs in food, paper towels in cups, and cold/gross looking food should not ever be in a review for a business. All of these things are listed in different reviews so clearly things need changed. No one enjoyed this place while we were there to eat.

Very disappointed that the inside temperature is extremely cold and staff is unable to provide information regarding when the heating will be fixed. I go there every week and this has been the situation for several weeks now despite winter temperatures dropping. Today was the first day that I actually spoke with Staff and told them that I would be writing in review to help promote addressing this.

So, nothing against the staff. They’re great. But it’s like McDonald’s lost it’s personal touch when nobody can speak english . Thats just the state of the world. Kids today don’t want jobs. They’d rather sell shoes on marketplace. ‍♂️

We were sent to park to wait on our order. After over 15 minutes someone came out asking what our order was. We waited another 10 minutes while order after order was delivered. I went in to question why we still were not served & was told they were making everything fresh for us. Should that not have been the case anyway? Our burgers were ordered with ketchup & pickles only. So there was ONE pickle for each burger! After all that, I’ll never go here again!

I’ve never had an issue here before, but I decided to treat myself. My apple fritter had a strange spot on it and some dust, when I opened it up, this is what it looked like. I don’t have time to return it before work, but more than anything I just want my money back, I’m so disappointed and incredibly grossed out

Food was cold. The apple slices that came in the kids meals were expiring tomorrow and smelled werid so we threw them out. We ordered a large soda and got a medium for one of our meals. And the main reason we went to McDonald’s was to collect the Hello Kitty/TMNT toys. They apparently didn’t have the current promotional toys at all. They only had Sonic or Mario Cart that were both super old promotions.

Bugs in food. Water on bathroom floors. Toilet that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Horrible service, unprofessional management. Constantly wrong orders. Not correcting orders and being charged more than received. Refusing refunds. This place is a joke. There is clearly a reason they disconnected their phone line! 🙂 Ill take my money to Culvers!

I ordered an iced coffee with no sugar. I tried to make it clear that I did not want sugar. They added sugar. This isn’t the first time that my order has been messed up. I don’t go here often, but when I do I usually double check the order. Seems like a typical McDonald’s, but if you go here, be sure to double check your order once you get it.
