Excellent service from Kenny at this store! I was looking for a refreshing but low-sugar drink, and with a great attitude she recommended a TI Iced Passion Tea with Strawberry, which was perfect. The people who work here are great! I had to find a place to work for the day when my Internet went out, so I got to passively watch them work. They are very good at their job, very friendly and I saw them cleaning constantly. Very clean, will definitely come back some time for fun!

I very rarely go to Starbucks and when I do it’s so disappointing. This was the second time in one week that I went to a get a coffee for me and my grandson and they did not have the ingredients for a coffee. So we tried to order something else and was told they couldn’t make that one either. Three ok three diffrent type of coffee. I just told the batista thanks and left. I went to a different coffee shop and got my coffee. So disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be returning to them

This is a great Starbucks. They have their closed door policy now at Starbucks where if you don’t order something you can’t sit in there and charge your phone and use the Wi-Fi. I asked me o them the other day if I could charge my phone for just a second and they let me.

Yesterday I went to Starbucks on Red Cup Day during morning time. I want to give a shout out to the girls working that shift because they were on top working hard to keep up with all the orders and not keeping customers waiting long. Great job !!!!!

I usually don’t visit this Starbucks location but glad I did, the drive through wait was a little long however they were apologetic for the wait and customer was amazing! I will definitely come back to this one!

I just ordered a short cortado and barista let it sit now it taste burnt. Not a satisfying experience. Note never let your expresso sit to long .finish it .

This location is hit or miss. I like to order ahead through the mobile app. Order is usually ready and waiting for me when I arrive and is correct. The breakfast here is also good. The problem is the baristas. Some are friendly and will greet you, but some just glare at you and make the whole experience unpleasant. Decent access from Highway 66 when you’re headed towards Garland.
