The service is impeccable and the food is absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the Cuban Pollo Fricassee (Chicken stew) with the Maduros (fried plantains). I also enjoyed an Iced Cuban Bombomb (espresso, condensed milk, and Malta, which is a non-alcoholic beer) and the Tres Leches (3 milk) Cake.

Amazing place! Went here for the first time tonight and the food was sooooo good. It smells amazing inside too, and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back! Heard the salsa night is good too!

First time trying authentic Cuban food, and I have to say, we are big fans of it. We had no idea on what to try, but the server was amazingly helpful and recommended the appetizer and main dishes. The food was outstanding. The mix of seasonings and spices was perfect. We had the Tamal Solo for an appetizer, then the Ropa Vieja and the Combo Masita and Chicharron De Pollo. Every bite was amazing. Highly recommend visiting this place. We will definitely be back.

The food at this restaurant is excellent—flavorful, well-prepared, and definitely a highlight of our visit. The drinks were just okay, not bad, but nothing memorable.

We were really excited for salsa night, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations. The dance lesson started over an hour late and was geared only toward absolute beginners. While that’s totally fine for newcomers, there was no option for more experienced dancers. Having been involved in the dance scene and hiring instructors for similar events, I’d recommend splitting the lesson into two levels—beginners and intermediate—with perhaps some shines or more advanced steps. This would keep a wider audience engaged, especially since the wait for the dancing to start felt overly long and dull.

Another issue was how the evening was handled by the manager or owner. We noticed she was trying to get tables cleared quickly, which is understandable. However, it was done right in front of guests who were still eating, making the atmosphere feel rushed and awkward. These tasks would be better handled behind the scenes.

What really disappointed us was the lack of hospitality. She greeted all the regulars warmly but made no effort to acknowledge or welcome new guests. Coming from NYC, where restaurant owners often go out of their way to make newcomers feel valued, this was a real letdown. We didn’t feel encouraged to stay or join in the dancing, which ultimately led us to leave before things even got started.

There’s so much potential here—the food is great and salsa night could be a hit. But for it to really thrive, the experience needs to be more inclusive, timely, and welcoming to everyone, not just the regulars.

The food was spectacular ! We ordered the Seafood Ramen & the Sea bass. The chef came out and introduced herself, she was the sweetest and you can tell she loves what she does and puts her heart and soul into the food.
There are so many dishes we want to return and try out. Especially the Cuban sandwich and some traditional dishes. We had to try the Tres Leches cake and the chef sent out some Cuban coffee, both were excellent !
Our waiter was informative & also gave us excellent service. We are not easy to please when it comes to food. We will definitely be adding Que Rico to our local eat list. And will definitely be back !
They have Salsa dance lessons on some Saturday night & def want to go for that !

Amazing family-owned and operated business. The brothers are engaged in every aspect of customer satisfaction. The food seems very authentic and wonderfully prepared and presented. Portions are very generous for the price. Looking forward to the next visit!
