I wanted to try these strawberry and cream paupers=. I’ve seen them advertise and the sign looked delicious when I got home. It was in a separate bag full of grease. The packaging was full of grease. They were soaked and sobbed in Greece. You could tell they had been sitting in the grease PAN for hours. I took pictures. You can tell all they did. Was microwave them and they were soggy, mushi ugly and full of old grease tasting? It was terrible. I would never go back to the one on memorial. Drive, do a signal, I have pictures.

On Sunday, July 20, 2025, I visited the KFC on Pineyforest Rd. I was trying to order online and when I asked for help the cashier, Karmella Smith and the manager on duty Kaylee Sue, were wonderful, they were so kind, with big smiles and very professional. My experience was wonderful and I was well pleased with how they helped me with my orders. Thank you KFC for wonderful employees.

Tried giving this location another shot. The only good thing was the service… male drive thru cashier named Duffy. He tried to make our large order as precise as possible, making sure each item was exactly how we ordered it. He was friendly, well mannered and accommodating. Was pleasantly surprised because that is rare these days…unfortunately when we got home the chicken itself was overcooked and awful. Might have been a bad night. I will give the store the benefit of the doubt only because the service was outstanding…if it wasn’t for that I would have called it a permanent quits at this location
