This happens every single time. Literally, every single time. You need to READ and comprehend what the labels say before you make it. Its really not hard, I promise. Hopefully next time if I even decide to go back to this location, you make it right. This is extremely weird that your employees cant ever make drinks right. More training would probably be good. Wow. Also, no, I dont have time to correct them every single time. You dont have the time either. Just READ the labels. ‍♀️

I visited Starbucks on my birthday evening around 7:30 PM, and the experience was absolutely delightful—thanks to one incredibly kind and talented barista who truly made my day special.

I wish I remembered her name because she deserves every bit of appreciation and recognition. She was lean, had a warm and cheerful personality, and what made me smile even more—just like me, she clearly had a sweet tooth! We instantly connected as she suggested the best coffee recommendation based on my preferences. And let me say—it was perfect. The flavor, the texture, everything hit the right notes. I genuinely loved the drink she customized for me (I believe it was a special version of a cold brew with sweet cream and caramel, or something equally delicious!).

What stood out even more was her patience and grace under pressure. She was managing both the drive-thru and in-store customers—something that most people would struggle to juggle—but she did it effortlessly, with a genuine smile on her face. While others on the team seemed distracted or busy (one person appeared to be training someone and wasn’t as attentive), she personally stepped in to take care of me and the growing line inside.

Despite being busy, she took the time to ask questions, explain options, and find what drink would suit my birthday mood best. That’s rare—and deeply appreciated. Customer service like hers is what makes Starbucks more than just coffee. It becomes a moment.

Dear Starbucks team, if you can identify her—she was working the evening shift around 7:30 PM, handling both drive-thru and café orders—please appreciate her! People like her make your brand truly shine.

Thank you for the sweet drink, the sweet moment, and the sweetest service on my special day.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location! Ava helped me at the drive thru window, and welcomed me with the biggest smile. She was very personable, and patient while my son decided what he wanted. She always gets my order right!! Thanks AVA!!!

I don’t understand why is so difficult be kind in this world to people… i kindle ask the girl to please re done my drink bc i hate to be that person but dont taste anyyyy of lavander and have 0 foam and i went Starbucks now just for that drink bc i love it!

So she say no and i need to ask again and say pretty please so nice and she get it back in a terrible mood. They give same drink with some drop of lavander WOW. I try it just to be nice and move on but noooo dont taste lavander so what is the point? i ask again and she say yelling at me literally NO i am not doing this, this is your drink and that it i was like WOW and i just say why is so difficult to be kind?

I can tell how she calm down herself and breathe and tell me ok keep this one we make another one. But if i am not ask that what? she was left me with a not cheap drink don’t taste at all what i went for? And treated me sooo rude…. Crazy

You see the pics and tell me if you don’t see a different? I just take couple sips to the one with not foam to corroborate the flavor. Just arriving home and the drinks was giving with just couple minutes differential… so there is your answer why i could get the nice one at first? Or change it with no problem?

Andrea, the manager is a very amazing young lady
Where their problems yes, the most problems are due to impatient customers
Including maybe me a little bit so Andrea it was such a pleasure talking to you. You have my highest respect you work really hard. Have a great store and a great staff.
I promise I’ll come back there every time I’m busy town. Honestly, you might be the best Starbucks ever
Sincerely, Danny the bus driver

They make the best hot chocolate and at my request of wanting it to be super super hot. I say this is the only Starbucks that will actually listen to me and not give me some excuse that they can’t go over. 175°.

Oh and everyone is so so so nice. Great customer service, great attitudes and fast drive-thru of service.

Mobile order through app
It was last minute decision for us to go grab drinks at Starbucks.
Pulled over in parking lot. Placed order on phone. Then pulled into line. 5 cars from window, great.
When I told the person we had placed a mobile order I was met with attitude because it had only been placed 2 minutes before and they usually need 5 minutes.
Okay. Meanwhile we waited well over 10 minutes to get to the window. Pull off from window, one of the drinks is wrong. Pull around, park, and go in. They gave me back the same drink poured into a cup with milk and ice added to it. There was chucks of the blended drink mixed with milk to make it iced.
I have many other choices near by to get the drinks we get from your business. Thank you for making my choices easier for next time.

This is a review of the Starbucks location inside Barnes & Noble nearby since I couldn’t find the Starbucks location separately.

I went in to order a coffee at 6:30 and I was told they are no longer brewing coffee since it wasn’t cost efficient. They offered me an Americano instead. I asked what time the location closed, I was told it closed at 9pm.

Since when can you not get a coffee at Starbucks?

It’s a Starbucks, what do you expect? I’m not a huge fan of coffee personally, so I always lean towards the refreshers or hot chocolates in the wintertime. That said, there is a strange thing with this location in particular—the employees like to stack the chairs and close the dining room early, pivoting to “to-go” only, and this can sometimes be as early as 5:45pm. They don’t explicitly tell me I can leave, but it’s a nudge that they want me to leave.

Clean bathrooms, clean store, great drinks. Fast and friendly service. Somewhat odd entrance into the location but not a major fault.
