The absolute worst Taco Bell!!! Will never waste another penny on the trash they serve. Don’t bother texting or calling the number on the flyer either. What a joke! Seriously, how is this place still open?

do not and i mean do not order anything for here , i had a order placed and set to deliver , well the orginal delivery driver picked up the wrong order. and after i had it refunded through doordash , i re ordered it as doordash allowed. well when my new driver got there taco bell told them i had to call, and tell them that, so i tried . over 20 times and whenever someone did answer it was a guy who didn’t speak english , cut u off , and was very rude , and told every driver that the order had already been picked up which maybe it did , but it was to delivered to me. i got someone else food which im allergic too. i truly do not appreciate this service as someone who’s worked in restaurants it isn’t hard to just get the person obviously coming to get that order with my name on it! they just refused so they could probably eat it themselves ( it was late or i would’ve just gotten myself )

Went in the drive thru, ordered the following.
(2) Doritos tacos meals
(1) chicken chalupa meal
(1) chicken dipping burritos
(1) nacho fry

One Doritos tacos meals meal was made completely wrong.
Chicken dipping burritos were made with steak
Chicken chalupa meal was so stale it felt like a hard shell taco
Was charged for 3 extra cheese sauce

I called the restaurant like the flyer they put in the bag says to do “Didn’t get your order right? Call,text, or scan the QR code and let us know”

Dude was beyond rude and said to come to the store so he could fix it. I was already apprehensive about going by the way he was talking on the phone. I go in and explain again what all was wrong. He hands me back $1.65 and says ok there you go and walks away. I stand there confused and ask one of the other people working to get the manager again. He walks back over and says “ what else you want me to do for you I gave you money back”
I just turned around and walked out because obviously nothing else was going to be accomplished by talking to him.

$47 wasted. For sure will not return

they constantly forget stuff to orders. Many times they have forgotten meat on nachos. This time they forgot pico on a stacker, manager claimed its there buts it only 2 tomatoes, then reluctantly remade it wrong, forgetting the rice and extra cheese. ALWAYS check your food, they somehow are always missing something, even if its already with the item. They also usually dont have a manager, its a suprise they had one this time and yet my stuff is still wrong.

Took an extremely long time to get through the drive thru line. Presented me with the wrong order. I tried to give the bag back and she wouldn’t take it. I left without my food or refund because the staff was so uncaring and incompetent

I ordered 2 deluxe cravings boxes which jumped from $5 to $7.49. I ordered one with no lettuce on anything and one regular. The main seller in box was the new crispy chicken taco. I got home and opened to see which one had lettuce and not only did they both have lettuce but they had no chicken. The put little potatoes on it instead. I called repeatedly for over 3 hours and no one ever answered the phone. I ordered nothing at all with potatoes. I want my tacos replaced with the chicken or won’t go back.

The food is always made well. And the staff is very friendly. But don’t ever expect your tacos or burritos to be labeled correctly. If you order two or three different burritos, you literally just have to unfold them to see which one is which. I’ve even specifically asked when making a larger order for them to label the burritos and tacos accordingly, and I am disappointed everytime.

This Taco Bell location struggles with understanding basic direction. It’s unfortunate as I frequent this location, and have ONE modification to the order. (no lettuce) and somehow, every single time, the staff manage to miss that and put EXTRA lettuce. If you’re going to work a job that you’re dealing with food, please at least read the orders they give you. Consistently stuck with food that is subpar.

Music playing in the lobby was too loud and annoying not family friendly

Food was very tasty but disappointed they didn’t have the nacho fries available today
