I’ve only been to the Light House a couple of times. Each time, it has been okay. The place seems a little rough around the edges but the place does have a cool theme. They may have remodeled within the past few years or so.
Keep in mind, the place is cigarette friendly and there is no food. The bathrooms are a little rundown as well. Despite that, there is a nice picture of all of the light houses on Erie located in the restroom.
There is a room to right with a couple of pool tables. I’ve heard that the pool tables aren’t that nice but I don’t know since I didn’t actually play.
Overall, I was somewhat impressed with this bar. Nothing fancy but not a rundown hole in the wall like some may conclude based on where it’s located.

Classic old school dive bar. Was warned not to go at night, but during the day no problem. It’s filled with your typical dive-bar clientele, old-single lady, random guy trying to sell stuff and a passed out guy on back patio. A must stop for a dive bar afficiado.

Neighborhood bar. Small and personal. Good energy in the evening with the Dj. Brock have a karaoke contest on Wednesday nights and other random Dj nights to. No food but most places deliver here and there’s a Coney next door… drink prices are cheap, pool is free and all of the barmaids are pretty and nice.

I love this bar!!! Owners are awesome! Waitstaff is fast and friendly, if u r a smoker, they have space out back to enjoy your drink and smoke, unlike most places where you have to leave your drink unattended while u take a quick smoke break!

Very dark. No food. Staff is very friendly. Basically a local hangout. Step outside…the riverwalk is beautiful, and fishing is allowed. The bar is freezing cold most of the time.
