My and my GF just tried this new place out and it’s absolutely amazing! I really enjoy the fried chicken with the sweet and spicy sauce. Pork pancake and miso ramen was delicious. Highly recommended BBQ eel rice ball.
Also: their menu has photos of the food so you know what you get! Will definitely be back!

Ok giving this new Japanese spot 5 stars. Food was really good. We got the OG tonkotsu ramen and miso ramen. Miso ramen in my opinion was just ok, but my tonkotsu ramen was really really good. The broth was rich and deep with flavor. You could tell it was made with love. The noodles were perfectly cooked: soft but slightly firm. There were two big pieces of melt in your mouth chashu (pork belly) that was incredible. My only note is that I wanted a bit more broth with all the delicious toppings. I also want to try the pork katsu. A table near us got it and it looked awesome.
This restaurant is brand new, is well decorated and inviting, and has a huge tv if you happen to be dining in during an important game.
Service was also attentive (keep in mind I went in on a Tuesday at 12:30).
Lastly, this strip mall has never had anything like this in it and it’s amazing to see an elevated Japanese restaurant at holly and arapahoe. Definitely check them out!

Stopped by since I finally saw they were opened. Been waiting for a time and got the chance to stop in.
What I ordered is pictured. A roll, eel, and what they call Japanese pancake, tea and water.
Sushi was good. Eel was excellent, the roll was good but if I am honest, I’ve had better. More fish, less rice would be better in my opinion.
The pancake was delicious. Never had it before so tried something new. I got the pork belly version. Good flavors, textures, and a decent amount. And the fun waving of the bonito flakes .. 😉
Loss of a star for the roll, and a tiny bit on the prices. Some where good, some not. Can’t really hit em for that, but let’s hope they don’t raise em so soon. The other reason is the huge TV. Instead of Sunday ball games, I would have enjoyed visuals of Japan , scenery, live shots of cities, towns, events, etc. If I want to watch sports I’ll go to a sports bar. I hope the long wall where the two seater tables are and the shelf above get more themed decorations.
Place is new, clean, and nice. No obnoxious music as some stated (while I was there), and has a cute fountain.
I will be back to try more.

My family tried Koi tonight for dinner and had a great meal. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is so friendly. Tried a lot of items and enjoyed them all. The pork gyoza, pork katsu curry, and Tantanmen ramen were our favorites. Okonomiyaki Japanese pancake was also good and very unique – definitely give it a try if you want something new! Don’t forget the Mille crepe for dessert! We will definitely be back to try other ramen for sure.

Ran into this lovely place because their menu covers many authentic Japanese dishes. The tsukemen I ordered is very delicious, and don’t forget to add some hot water to the dipping broth after you finish the noodles, it will become a very tasty and comfy soup~

Wow! Such a treat! Very clean and beautiful interior! The menu has a wide variety and many options to choose from! Started with some sashimi and the salmon carpaccio as well as some onigiri and two hand rolls and finished with ramen! Service is incredible and we are leaving full and happy! Will definitely be back! ❤️❤️
