As with most of my BK experiences, this was mediocre at best. My order was wrong as usual. I couldn’t get help for probably over 5min. When I FINALLY got help, the lady at the front desk made it seem I was bothering her. The lady making the food seemed uninterested in checking her work and making sure the food was correct. The store wasnt clean in the least bit and the bathrooms were dirty. I got my order to go so I didnt realize it was wrong until I got home. As far as the food, although it was wrong, it still had that amazing signature BK flavor. I will return but will be taking the time to check my order.

We were greeted as soon as we came in. There was no wait. They had just finished mopping the whole place. So, very clean. They were decorating the place and letting us know about the event that they were doing the next day. The food was fresh and made exactly like I ordered. The GM even sat down and talked with us. Very welcoming environment.

The women that helped me were great. They were friendly and very nice. Definitely a place that will be added to my stops when I’m traveling. They are definitely one of the better Burger Kings along my travels.

Update: had a pleasant experience today dont know what they’ve done different but seems to be getting thier act together. The drive thru attended was up beat and nice, food was hot and correct. I’m very happy to see the improvement.. please keep up the good work. Update: so if this is a lg ice coffee I’d hate to see a sm one, don’teven think they make a cup smallerthan that unless its a kids..Stopped on my way into work, set 20 mins in the drive thru never even made it to a window before I had to pull out. Yeah that’s right ibwas a drive away (as a restaurant manager myself i have never dodne that before but cant be sorry about it) because because i was still 3 cars behind so now i didn’t have time toneat and if i stayed any longer i would have been latebfor work. Only set there that long because I was blocked in. I tried calling more then once to have them pull the car at the window so I can pull out and tell them I leaving the line but the didn’t answer even though I could see through the window 2 employees just walking around doing nothing but waiting on the food. I have had nothing but trouble everytime I go there unfortunately for me it’s the only restaurant next to mine where it’s “fast” service. I can’t wait until the 2 across the street open. I hope they put this place out of business because it’s past time.

Had a mobile order that was scheduled for 810 this morning I went over there tried going into the restaurant all the doors were locked tried going through the drive through nobody answered the door is propped open in the back for the kitchen so somebody is there they just don’t want to answer. Whoever drives that green Honda accord you sir are lazy and rude. If you would of opened the door and just been like I’m the only person working I would of been cool with that but the fact that you just ignored me flat out I called multiple times I knocked on the door and the drive thru window to no avail. I had a hunkering for those delicious breakfast croissant sandwiches and now I won’t be able to appease that hunger due to your laziness. I hope you have a terrible day sir/mam.

I don’t rarely leave reviews but this was my worst FF experience I ever had. I ordered the food online so my husband could swing by to get it. It took him 15 mins to get there but still had to wait 20 mins for our food. We were missing food so he had to go back around to get the food we ordered. When he got home we realized that his fish sandwich was in fact chicken. My whopper with cheese and no tomato ( with grill slip stating so on the wrapper) actually had no cheese and had tomatoes. It’s as simple as reading people!!

Completely ridiculous. I ordered online and my whole order was screwed up. Ordered a double whopper no onion no lettuce it had both. I ordered the 2 for 5 with a whopper jr no onion no lettuce and it had both. The second sandwich was suppose to be a bacon cheese burger in guessing it was another whopper jr because it had no bacon and also had onion and lettuce. Ordered a large onion ring received a small. And had an order of the cheese tots which was the only thing in the order that was right. The stickers on the sandwiches all said what they were suppose to be but none were right how do you screw up that bad.
