It’s probably been 30 years since I have eaten at a Little Caesars pizza. I kept seeing commercials for their Detroit style pizza, so I thought I would give it a shot. I am very disappointed that the pizza looked nothing like the commercial. In the commercial, the cheese goes all the way to the edge and they make it a point to showcase the “crispy, cheesy edge.” As you can see from my photo, what I received was less than adequate.

I don’t visit this location often, but when I do, it’s for affordable food and convenience. Unfortunately, 2 out of 3 drive-through visits were negatively impacted by the same employee, who was extremely rude. He slammed the window shut and appeared visibly annoyed when I asked basic questions about pricing and menu options. While I understand this is fast food, basic courtesy should still be expected. To make matters worse, my pizza was horribly cut, which just added to an already poor experience. Very disappointing.

My wife and I hadn’t gotten pizza from Little Caesars in a long time and decided to give it a try. They were having an online special for a large two-topping with their crazy crust, which is supposed to have garlic butter spread and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on the crust to enhance the flavor. We ordered ours with pepperoni and mushrooms. We were disappointed when we got the pizza to our house and opened the box. It seems like they gave us a hot-and-ready pepperoni that they threw some mushrooms on top of. The pizza was cold and the crust was plain. The breadsticks were also small with hardly any seasoning on them, and not at all what we remembered from back in the day. We’ll go somewhere else next time.

We were on the phone for almost 25 minutes and just decided to pull up and order, once we ordered it was a 10 minute wait and the girl told us she forgot we were on the phone. Pay your employers more so they can have better costumer service.

Hair in pizza and they don’t even have a manager answer the phone transfer you through 3rd party answering service and wait 10 min to be offered a replacement, but not a refund. Disgusting experience.

WELL THAT ATTITUDE OF HERS WILL TAKE HER FAR IN LIFE SHE HAS A GREAT VIBE ABOUT HER I called about a discrepancy with an order she right quick handled it no problem how I wish everyone would be as respectful n courteous about their jobs I will be a repeat customer like I have been for the last 30 years out of 30 years two issues easily fixed. I call that a good record that’s why I’m a customer that Pizza might be cheap priced but it is not cheap. Tasty I love Little Caesars pizza pizza lol I gave them a full five stars out of five stars

Lady was rude as hell. Couldn’t even stand there long enough to finish my order. The pizza I got has the box all soggy and it’s hard on the crust and it’s got a rock hard pepperoni. 1/10 would not recommend. I’ma tell all my friends to stay far away from this place. The most positive thing I can say is that the employees work hard for this fast pace work environment…
That being said I have ordered here a couple of times.
I know you can’t expect gourmet pizza ordering from here; it’s cheap eats so I expect subpar pizza…
But when they did the change to the menu using new made up words like “extramostbestest” and charge us more for the product, we expect what was advertised and that is more meat and more cheese.
The image below is a part of a larger order but on my receipt was printed as “extramostbestest” this is not extra anything… as petty as this might seem, I feel like this is false advertising and rather disappointing/ completely underwhelming.
You charge more you give more that is the understood agreement.
