I had done drive through and got a whopper with bacon, fries and a strawberry lemonade. The food was pretty good, it was a bit surprised because the fries were hot which isn’t always a guarantee. However the fries had a different taste to like it was cooked in used oil, so there was that. The strawberry lemonade, however if you don’t have a sweet tooth, it might be a bit sweet for you.

Our fries were soggy, and we ended up with two containers that were half fries and half onion rings, like onion rings on the bottom and fries on top. Not sure if that was intentional. Both of our sodas tasted watered down. The service was slow, but I understand it’s the after-school rush, which happens. Still, having a better plan for that busy time would really help. I’d prefer you take your time and get my order right rather than rush and not deliver what I’m paying for. The man who served us at the window was very kind, he seemed like the manager. He was polite and apologized for the wait, which I appreciated.

I have ordered twice an original chicken sandwich on a sesame bun and twice I’ve received the other chicken sandwich that is the on the long bun . It’s ridiculous that they can’t get these orders right nor understand what order you’re ordering. They don’t even try to communicate with you to make sure that they get the order correct. They don’t go over the order with you either. They don’t even ask you if you need sauce or any condiments either. Very poor service and very disappointing.

This Burger King was great! The dining room was clean. The soda fountain was clean, and the restrooms were clean.
My order was taken with a smile. It was ready in a timely manner, served with a smile. My crispy chicken sandwich was fresh and hot.
I highly recommend this Burger King. As far as fast food restaurants, this one ranks on the top.

I went inside to place an order. I had cash, so I skipped the kiosk and went to the counter. I was the only person at the counter. There were three employees standing, talking while one of them actually was placing an order in a bag. All three looked at me, then returned to their convention. I asked if there’s someone who can take my order. Two looked at me and one said, “The kiosk is for placing your order. ” Instead of saying what actually came to my mind, I just turned around and left. Their food isn’t all that. I won’t be going back there.

I’ve loved Burger King since I was a child going there with my grandma. It honestly has a soft spot in my heart; so it also breaks my heart to say this Culpeper location Burger King is the absolute WORST I have ever been too! Specifically because of the manager and specific employees. Treated me like they were mad at me for absolutely no reason. Miserable GM was just gross with his attitude. I genuinely felt attacked. Will never go back to the Culpeper location again! Any other BK around I will go to with no problem! Just this location is terrible! Dont go!!!

I came through the drive through and while it took awhile (because it is the start of lunch time) I made it to the window and the cashier took my payment gave me my food and then came back with my card. She then just told me to have a great day and slams the windows shut. I don’t think that was intentional,just the window itself)
But she then goes back to her task.
She did not give me a receipt or ask if i wanted any condiments…….. I drive around and go inside and wait by the counter,where the food pickup is.
I tried to ask 3 times as Chrissy and one other woman was walking by, chrissy is bringing up the meals and getting the others their cups and condiments and i am sitting there,patiently,mind you. (She could have gotten both of our condiments in one go)
Around the about the 6 or 7th time she comes by me,she is upset because someone in the window wanted management (meyabe before then) she walks to the back and as she is coming back around I say “Excuse me,can I please gets some condiments”
she rolls her darn eyes at me and keeps walking!
There is a very sweet man (I don’t know his name) he is usually here when I come by,I will not be back here unless that sweet soul is here.
