Often more than not, an apology can go a long way, especially when you’re dealing with customers at your place of business. Unfortunately, my latest visit to this particular Jersey Mike’s shows that some people need to work on that.
I ordered my hot sandwich via mobile order, and it said that it would be ready in 15 minutes, which was fine because it took me 15 minutes to get there. There was a about 5 people in the order line when I arrived, so they were busy. I went to the pick-up area but no one noticed me for about a couple of minutes, so I stood there waiting to get someone’s attention. When someone finally noticed me, my order should’ve been ready according to the mobile app. But it wasn’t and the one cooking the hot subs said that she was working on it. I didn’t mind at first because I understand it can get busy. However, in that time that I waited for my sub to be finished, another 15 minutes had passed, the 5 people in the line had gotten their orders, the cook told me again she was working on my order after giving two other subs to the other people in line, and another person with a mobile order came in a few minutes after I did and got her sub before the cook even started on mine. So after the cook had worked on her third order before mine, I had to take a step outside to settle myself because I was getting more and more upset. I decided to give the cook ample time because I didn’t want to go in there and find that she still wasn’t finished.
I didn’t complain or say anything about the wait, but I wasn’t happy, so when I went to the pick up area, the cook looked at me confused and asked where I was. I told her I stepped outside, and she took that opportunity to tell me, “I called your name twice”, acting as if I inconvenienced HER. No “sorry for the wait,” or even “thank you for your patience.” I would’ve still been a little upset for waiting, but even a little apology would’ve helped ease my tension. Instead, I got attitude from this girl. As mild as my retort was, it is not something I usually do when I practically yelled, “Well, it took a long time!”
I even tipped a little something when I made the order through the app. But now, I doubt I will be tipping through the app anymore. And I think I will be placing my orders elsewhere.
Lastly, I ordered a Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak. It was NOT chicken. I’m thinking it was whatever is in a normal Big Kahuna. I ate it because I didn’t realize what I got until I got home.

This 2- star rating is only based on this one visit.

The team made me feel so special even during the rush. I have allergies and dietary restrictions and they took such extreme care with my food. Smiling and laughing the whole time. I’ll certainly be back! Best Jersey Mikes I’ve been to in my life.

On my way home, I ordered a Big Kahuna Chicken Sandwich #55 and they reconfirmed if they got it correct. After returning home, I expect that I am
Eating Chicken. After eating half way I realized it doent taste like Chicken and the meat is supposed to look white in color instead of dark as in the pics I attached. The dressings and cheeze obscure by amalgamating the flavor to realize what meat you are eating. And apparently its Pork that I have never ate in my life of 34 years because its prohibited for a Muslim to eat it. And no one picks up the call to see if theres a solution. Extremely dissapointing experience after trying Jersey Mike’s the second time.

I came in tonight at 8:55 pm and was greeted warmly by all the staff. They did not have to let me in because they were due to close in 5 minutes. This was my first visit to this specific location. I will certainly come back. All the young women working were kind, attentive and very professional. My sandwich was delicious. Thank you for providing such great service even at such a late hour. I was heading to the airport and quite pleased that I could bring a delicious roast beef sandwich with me on the trip.

I ordered food Togo and when I go home and began to eat my bowl I bit into something hard. To my surprise it was a plastic metal tie!!! I believe it’s the kind that you use for wrapping produce or lettuce. I’ve been to this location many times before and have never had a bad experience with the food but today it was different. I completely lost my appetite and I worried there’s more pieces in there that I could choke on.

We ordered The Original Italian and the Club Sub. We told the server making our order that we wanted The Juice on the side (like in the little cups) since we were getting them to go and we didn’t want the bread to get too soggy. He acknowledged our request and then almost immediately added The Juice to our sandwiches. Not the biggest deal, but we didn’t want that. Maybe he didn’t actually understand us. He asked if we wanted anything else and we said no before he wrapped them up and we paid. Getting home, we realized he didn’t add mayonnaise or bacon to the Club Sub, which is supposed to include them. It was a busy Monday night and maybe he had a long day. The sandwiches were still good, but we miss the bacon.

One of the most if not the MOST dirty facilities of jersey mikes around sd. They should clean as they go and keep the work space cleas as possible. Someone is not doing the right supervision of those workers.
I dont blame the green workers trying to make a dime for a living. But i will blame the manager for not taking care of this facility or teach the right way how to keep the workspace as clean as possible…
Plus lack of communication with the customer they didn’t ask me if i want it to add some ingredients or so.
