Went for a caramel macchiato asked for less creamer not knowing it comes with milk and the lady said ok . Then when I receive it I point out it has alot creamer the lady says oh sir it doesn’t come with creamer just milk . I wish she would of explained it at 1st when ordering. She didn’t asked if I wanted fix or nothing so i just threw it out cause it takes all the coffee taste away . Plus ,food be tasting like if they dont change the oil or something .

I’ve never had such a rude fast food worker in my life as I did at this dunkin. I normally wouldn’t make negative reviews about a customer service worker because I get it, these jobs can suck, but this was actually insane. The man who took my order had an accent, but this wasn’t the entire reason that I couldn’t understand him. He was talking so insanely fast, I could barely hear him over the speaker and he could barely hear me despite me practically yelling so he could hear me. I had to have him repeat himself a few times because he was speaking so fast and so quietly, which just made him angry. He was being so condescending and rude, and was actually yelling at me for not understanding him. He did nothing to try to speak more clearly. Again, the accent wasn’t really the issue, but speaking that fast and quietly on top of the accent makes it impossible to understand. That was actually an insane experience, I’ve never had anyone in customer service be this rude.

Place got better under the new management. But the tall kid ALWAYS messes up my order even though I had to repeat myself at the speaker 5 times for him to get it right, or I get to the window and he has no idea what I even ordered when I am the only one in line?

Ordered Spider Donuts from this Dunkin to be delivered to young children on the day before Halloween. (24 hours in advance via Door Dash)
Rec’d a cancellation notice approx 30 minutes before delivery time. I called Dunkin location and they told me to call Door Dash. Door Dash informed me that the STORE had cancelled the order. I’m not the first person to call Door Dash about this store, according to the person who took my complaint.
Reading prior reviews, this location seems to have difficulties with orders, service, and customer relations. Drive further or order elsewhere.

The staff was really trying to be friendly and efficient during the morning rush. The donuts were not fresh and the cleanliness inside and outside of the building needs significant improvement.

Went there today two (2) women passed out at the tables stood there for five (5) minutes and the male clerk completely ignored me when i asked if it was possible to get waited on I was told, “You have to wait your turn.” There was no one in front of me. It seems every time i go there it takes for ever to get an order. I believe i could drive from the south side of Binghamton to Upper Front St. or the Vestal location and back faster than I can get to place an order at the South Side location. When I told the male subject behind the counter that the service sucked he said “It Does.”

Order was incorrect and ice cold. The workers gave the sense that they were not happy to be there. While ordering, 3 different people spoke through the microphone which made it a bit confusing for everyone.

The worst DD ever. The staff ignore you when you try to tell him that you’re in a hurry you have to go back to work and it took them 30 minutes to make your coffee. They give the they give the customers nasty looks while they’re working. And the place is filthy. I’d rather drive all the way to vestal just to get my coffee and have a clean place to get my coffee at.

It’s Friday 11am, and I just watched the employees sit and ridicule a customer who sits here and spends money on herself and many others quite often. They’re talking to her like she’s a child and she’s at least ten years their senior.
