Atmosphere was amazing food was delicious. They had live music. Customer service was slow which seems like a normal thing in Colorado. The server was alone when we first got there so its understandable but two more people showed and he took a while to get us the checks, we had to ask another waiter to bring us one. Also parties of 6 get charged 20% gratuity so probably why we had to wait on him forever. Never refilled a drink either.

Looking for a great place to have a drink and enjoy good music? This place offers music almost every night of the week..and they book excellent talent. It is family owned, and they feature traditional Polish dishes at a great price-point (and the serving sizes are gargantuan). There are multiple pool tables, and great outdoor seating (when weather permits). Family and dog friendly….This place is a local fave!

Outstanding food. I am kicking myself for not coming here sooner. Had soup and parogies on a cold winter day and man did it hit the spot. Great flavor and filling. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the owner came and checked on me and introduced herself. That used to be a common thing but these days and especially in Pagosa it just doesn’t happen anymore.
I am a happy customer that will be back often.

We visited on a whim the night we arrived in Pagosa. It seems that they are extremely busy and extremely short-staffed all the time. There were new people constantly coming in, waiting, and tables always being full. The did not have a host/hostess so it is a confusing experience coming in as someone may not come to address you for over 5 minutes. Because they were so busy, we didn’t even get drinks or our orders taken for maybe 15 minutes after being seated. When we were leaving, there was another family on a table nearby who sat down shortly after us and hadn’t gotten their food yet. The live music was nice and not overly loud. Having said all of this, the food is absolutely delicious. The pierogi were amazing and the kraut bowl was exactly how it should taste. I would absolutely return, just tamper my expectations of when I’m about to eat.

The Cattlemen’s Lounge was an incredible experience. The owner was so welcoming and made us feel instantly at home. The Polish food was authentic and truly the highest quality—absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, and the live music created such a relaxing, enjoyable vibe. A must-visit spot in Pagosa Springs.

This is a family owned & operated business, and it shows in all the right ways. Food was predictable and tasty, service was friendly and on point. It’s not fancy, think a bar with live music but with food way better than a typical bar. As a testament, I’m literally writing this on our third night in a row.

First time to the coyotmoin lounge. Had a local singer, he was good. The food was great. If you like kraut this is the place. Even though they were busy on a Monday night everything was delicious. Would recommend especially if you like polish food.

The plating has a little room for improvement, but the food was all we hoped it would be and more. It’s elevated polish bar food, with the sauerkraut and pierogis being the stars. They for a limited time had bottles of Yuengling and the staff was prompt and courteous.

We both had burgers and they were massive. Also thick patties cooked to perfection. Super nice little dive!
