I have enjoyed dining here over the years and I’m so glad that I was able to make it in on the last day of business for the original owner, to buy some of my favorite choices! The selection of counter displayed pizza slices has always been enticing and freshly prepared and there is a delicious and varied selection of soups, salads and pasta dishes too. Also, I can’t forget the wonderful Bindi dessert choices. The restaurant dining area is beautiful with plenty of comfortable seating, wall mounted TVs and the entrance is handicap accessible. Located in a busy shopping center, there is lots of free parking available.
Although the original owner is retiring (May 20, 2023) the new owners said they will continue to serve the same wonderful food, use the same recipes and have the same friendly and efficient staff (which is great to hear) so I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer!

I feel like people are exaggerating in their reviews. Without a doubt, there’s a ton of pizza choices and the variety guarantees you’ll find something you like eventually.
With that being said though, the other food items on the menu are just… Average. Nothing really taste extraordinary. It taste like any other pizza joint in my opinion.
The staff seems to be pretty close with their community of regulars and are very welcoming to some people.
The few times I’ve been here, tables are rarely clean.

Good Food! Real chicken!! A serious variety of pizza selections, very friendly and accomadating staff. It’s a pretty busy place so the food moves and is always fresh! I love the Salad Pizza with grilled chicken!! It’s amazing!!

I absolutely love coppolas pizza but i’m sad to say i will not be returning. I ordered a large pie half plain, half pepperoni and a small order of fries. I was given a 25 minute wait time which is pretty standard for coppolas and a shorter average wait time on a friday night. I got there about 20 minutes after I had called so I figured MAYBE a 5 minute wait. I have worked in a pizzeria myself so i have an idea on how long they typically take. I arrive and tell the cashier my number and he goes to look for it but doesn’t come back with anything or any word on my food. I was then asked by another staff member if I was being helped and I said yes because I thought the young man who went to go check for the order would have an update but I was wrong. I then took a seat….and proceeded to wait 20 more minutes. They were no where near as busy as I have ever seen them which gets pretty hectic. Most staff members were standing around and not doing much…not to mention. the phone only rang ONCE when I was in there. I was willing to put aside the forgetfulness of my order, the lack of communication, and poor customer service because their food is usually worth it. boy was i WRONG. My pizza was burnt and it tasted so burnt I ended up throwing the whole thing away. It was also very obvious that the fries had been made for a while because they were stone cold. I’m honestly so upset and disappointed. I have always had nothing but amazing things to say about coppolas and their pizza because they were my fave nj spot but not anymore :(((( such a shame

We always have good experience with this restaurant. Lots of choices for pizza which we usually get, and they are delicious. It’s been a while, we haven’t gone to this place since the pandemic, everything looks the same, except the menu prices are pretty high now, but portion is also a little bigger. Had meat sauce with pasta, the pasta was a little mushy but the taste is really great, and the garlic bread included is so yummm…

Very nice Italian restaurant located in the strip mall next to the farmers market. We got stuffed by eating the appetizers however the service was fantastic and the food was good. It was a bit pricey but the size of the portions made up for it. Would recommend for a nice dinner with family.

Good food – nice location and good service. BYOB even with the return to indoor dining (they have two sides, self-serve and more formal dining area with table service).
We like their white pizza and also they have a great cold antipasta salad even “to go” – one of the best I have found in Union County, NJ (also it comes with a creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, as it should. Not that cheapo oil and vinegar mix some places give.)

Ordered the veggie panino for lunch. I really enjoyed it. Loved the flavors of the grilled veggies with mozzarella and arugula. The bread was awesome too. I love how the bread isn’t completely sliced in half so the insides don’t slide out. Definitely want to come back.
