Whats the point of sending coupons through mail if yall ain’t gonna take it! Horrible customer service, yall need new employees like yesterday! That Delfina lady changes up the policy when ever she likes. Do better!!
Update!!! They suck never going back again. Fresh out of surgery and I’m craving Popeyes mashed potatoes we go and they charge us mashed potatoes and they don’t give us mashed potatoes. They give us rice never coming back again.

The manager, Sofia, was very unprofessional and rude. She really does not care about the customer and closes the store 30 minutes early. We got the wrong order the day before and we decided not to complain because the gentleman was very polite. We came back the next day (today) at 10:38 pm and Sofia said that their fryers were turned off. So, if the fryers are turned off, what can we order??? The sad part about is that we live right behind Popeyes and we go there quite often. We asked for substitutes and she kept saying that their fryers were turned off for the night and she really didn’t care about anything we had to say and encouraged us to complain, instead of trying to resolve the issue. She provided us with Amanda, her supervisor’s number, and no answer. So, we gave our business to Golden Chick, who also closes at 11 pm and who’s fryers were not turned off. The Popeyes franchise will never see our business again.

I don’t even know where to begin!! I’ve never had such terrible customer service in my life! My 2 friends and I decided to order online because we had a few friends coming over for game night. We all placed our order around 7:07pm. Mine read 7:07 but one placed a couple minutes before and the other a minute or 2 after me I believe. By the time we arrived it was about 7:15pm. We went through drive thru to pick up the food and no one greeted us until my friend said something. Mind you there was NO ONE in drive thru. All my friend said was they’re probably busy, he was telling us. When she spoke she said uhhh give me a sec. and that’s it. No greeting, nothing! We wait about 3-4 minutes and then are asked what we wanted. We stated we ordered online and gave the 3 names. We are then told “uhhh uhhh OK ummm we have a long wait inside. Can you move to the trash can and wait?” So we pulled up to the trash can and waited. When we looked inside the windows, THERE WAS NO ONE INSIDE. Not one customer inside. We waited but as time went on obviously we we got really annoyed. After waiting more than 20 minutes, I decided to go inside and make sure they didn’t forget about us. I hate going in and complaining because I understand how it can be sometimes with the food service. I see her getting the food and walking out with it and ask her if it’s for us outside and I give her the names. She hands it to me and I walk out. I double check the bag and sure enough there were no sauces in the bag we asked for. I went back in to get some and NO ONE approached me or acknowledged me. They didn’t say I’ll be right with you or anything. My friend walked in and waited with me and I guess since he’s a guy the manager came up to me finally after about 5 minutes of waiting. We told him we didn’t get any of the sauces we asked for. He asked what kind and how many, we asked for 6. He came back with 3 and just stared at us and said NOTHING AGAIN. I finally said if it’s extra I’ll pay you just have to tell me. His response… “YA!” He charges me gets the sauces and walks away! We get home which we live less than 5 minutes away and all the food is cold. They gave us the wrong chicken strips for one order, another had 2 strips correct and a random chicken strip and 2 chicken sandwichs that weren’t marked and and found out they gave us both regular sandwiches when one was supposed to be spicy. They were very rude and very unprofessional. We will never be going back.

I just can’t get enough of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich! And those fries with a ice cold Dr. Pepper. And the Biscuit with some mashed potatoes with gravy and a 9Pc Spicy Chicken. “Yup!” Got to love it!

The service here is just terrible. I came craving a sandwich one time and I saw the cashier treat a customer in front so poorly that it killed my craving and I ended up leaving. The food is great but the poor service just outweighs it. I gave it one more chance today, went to the drive thru, and no spoke to me for 3 minutes. Left after that. That was the last straw and I’m never coming back again.

It is what it has always been. Mediocre at best. Nothing to compare to Popeyes in Houston or anywhere in Louisiana. But I have never liked the soggy fries, they’re supposed to be spicy and crisp, and down here are soggy. Please fix the intercom in the drive thru, you need to scream to order your food. It has been like that since before the pandemic.

Wanted to try something new and it was HORRIFIC!! the chicken was all SUPER FRIED SKIN ONLY, NO CHICKEN! and the mac-n-cheese was a HUGE GLOB OF (I DONT KNOW WHAT) cheese, I guess. The most horrible food i’ve yet to encounter. I Ate SOME OF it cause I was soooo hungry and regret it now cause I feel sick. DO NOT EAT AT POPEYES IN EDINBURG ON UNIVERSITY. THE WORST OF THE WORST!! Wish I could post pictures here but it doesn’t allow me to! I will be contacting their corporate office!

Very upsetting customer service , lady’s could not understand English and were being rude to me at the drive thru for the communication mishap. Once I transitioned to speaking Spanish , they were upset and trying to educate me on there coupon policies instead of just redoing my single combo order. Was accused of not claiming I had coupon with me when I started the entire conversation with “I have a coupon code for ..” . Again because of the language barriers, which I have no issues with it’s the bad attitude that got sprinkled with.l my drive thru interaction. Food was fine.
